  • Poor charging system

    They don’t fit securely in ears when active. Poorly designed charger allows them to sit in container and not charge.

  • Do not waste your money.

    After only 2 months the earbuds will not charge, I went through all of the troubleshooting and replaced the charging cable and they still won’t work. Junk

  • Case is awkward to open

    Earbuds are awesome Great sound but the case is awkward to open I use them mowing the lawn and they are still loud enough to hear and noise cancelation is spot on.

  • Didn’t work properly

    The LED on the case never worked, so you couldnt tell if it was charging. The case always read 98% charged, but the ear buds were reading in the 80s, so the case didn’t seem to charge. Tech support offered nothing but “Reset the case.” That did not do a thing as far as I could tell. Very disappointing. I’ll stick to Bose.

  • Work well with my Garmin 645 Music watch

    I returned a set of Jaybird ear buds that did not work well with my Garmin 645 watch. They kept cutting out with my watch on my right arm and I was having issues with them getting a 100% charge. I purchased these and have not had any issues. They sound better than the Jaybird and so far not one cutout and no other issues. I would buy them again.

  • Wish I knew about these sooner

    Superior sound to “the big name” manufacturers. Super comfortable fit that stays tight and resists sweat, water, jostling etc. - I use them for runs and workouts (2 hours+) with no complaint

    Love the programmable buttons - you can choose how music is advanced, incoming calls,

    Battery life is superb as is the range ~ again, exceeds the big named competition.

  • Won't connect via bluetooth.

    I tried for 2 hours and one of the headphones won't connect to phone. Would suggest looking elsewhere for headphones.

  • Good earbuds, bad case design

    I got the Jabra Elite 7 earbuds about a month ago, and they perform well. Great for all kinds of fitness activities and running, and they stay in place. However, I have a gripe with the case. There is no indentation or place to get your thumb into for actually opening the case. The absence of the indent, combined with the slick surface of the case, frequently makes it difficult to open. Why?
