Does it’s work

as soon as I opened the box, I could tell that this product was opened by someone and returned. but I thought, that's fine. I put it together and turned it on and tried each level and each mode. ** the night mode literally functions and sounds the same as any other mode.** I have the Dreo Pilot Max S (newer, better color, more levels, more expensive), and I already know how much quieter it gets with night mode. I expected this to be the same in that sense.

I will emphasize - I'm sure that this issue is just specifically for the one that I received. it was probably returned for the same reason, but they should have made sure that an opened item was still functioning properly so that someone else doesn't go through the same hassle. just pissed off because it's a large, slightly heavy item and I'm definitely returning this.

For some reason, my fan shipped without a remote control. A short online chat Carol at Dreo customer service resolved the issue, and a remote control arrive less than 10 days later.

I love this fan, it's way quieter than an air conditioning unit and it cools down my 1 bedroom apartment all on its own. It's not an AC at all but it is surprisingly cool. Does a lot more than a normal fan does! If you're in a pinch to cool down your home fast and affordably, this is your fan! Also comes with a quiet setting that is a game changer for making content. I could always hear my AC running in the background on my microphone but this fan is so quiet that my mic doesn't pick up any background noise!

This looks slick and has a nice remote, but:
- Low air output
- High Noise
- Buggy UI
- Warm air???

The fan barely moves any air until you set it to the highest levels, at which point it gets really loud.
The button on the unit ignores half of your attempts. You really need to use the remote, but the remote only works if the fan is facing you, so oscillation will mess things up.
Also, for whatever reason this fan puts out air that is slightly warmer than ambient, so it can function as a mediocre heater, but to cool things down, not so much.
