    It was amazing! Great room and decorated because we celebrated Our birthdays, thank you for our pleasant stay. Service was also very good. The room was very big and clean. We had a little balcony, so it was lovely

  • A pleasant stay in Tiel

    Nice hotel, but pillows were hard and very lumpy, shower power was no power, sink drained slow. Restaurant service was great, food was good, bar did not have all beers on sale. TV was small in the room with very intermittent reception.

  • Van der Valk high quality

    I always try to stay in Van der Valk during my trips to Nederlands. Hotel Tiel has one, addidtional advantage in compare with other Valks: they offer wider range of packages with lower prices or richer services.

  • Very nice services

    Spacious rooms, nice swimming pool and huge gym, good gym, parking available, a pleasant and easy welcome, a really convenient location. A wonderful and delicious breakfast (a lot of choice and very qualitative).

  • Beautiful location and design, customer service have to be improved

    Beautiful place, lovely design, clean rooms, delicious food, but the personal is unfriendly and don't like to be asked for things. That needs to be improved, specially at the reception and at the restaurant

    Good comfortable stay…. Excellent service. Friendly welcome, well equipped comfortable room, very clean and speedy check out. All staff very friendly and dealt with me quickly and efficiently. Would recommend this hotel.

  • Great 15th floor room!

    I stayed here in November 2021 and had great service and great breakfasts. Not bad value and the room was really good on the 15th floor with a tremendous view. Easily accessible from the motorway and good parking too.

  • Room Cleaning let a great hotel down

    Hotel generally not perfectly clean, but the daily room clean was meagre to say the least. I looked at the same dirty carpet and empty bar glass for the week I was there. Really let a good hotel look average at best.

  • Great stay

    Very nice hotel - pricy. Food is excellent. Nice to go to the swimming pool and sauna. Very relaxing. Breakfast is the best buffet I ever had. Great variety both for those who want to eat healthy of just want to enjoy the abundance...
