  • Fabulous hotel in a fabulous city

    Wow a true five star hotel in the most convenient location 5 minutes from the train station and the old town and right across the lake. And Nina at the reception/concierge made our stay even better with her attitude and smile. Loved everything about this place. We had a junior suite and just loved it. Trust me you can’t go wrong staying here.

  • Wonderful Hotel

    We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and centrally located hotel. Nina at the front desk was very helpful with her recommendations and suggestions. Sarah was kind and helpful with getting tickets. Clean room with nice bed. Quite expensive but if you can afford it worth the stay.

    Excellent, welcoming hotel. Staff was very nice, especially Luca. Room was very clean and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. Turn down service with chocolates was very nice as well. thank you!

  • an amazing birthday stay in this hotel

    I spent my birthday in this hotel and they are so amazing making me feel so special. They gave us free champagne and cake plus many other services. I wish we stayed longer. Their service is beyond and I highly recommend this beautiful historical hotel. :) we hardly left the hotel during the weekend. Breakfast and dinner was also great :)

  • Stunning property, amazing service

    This hotel is in the perfect location, directly on Lake Lucerne. Very convenient access to the shopping district, lake, river, and many restaurants. The concierge staff was particularly helpful in making recommendations for dining and things to do in the area. We will absolutely be back!

  • Old world charm

    Was here with a tour group. The location is excellent, we had a room with a lake view. Close to shops and restaurants, very walkable. Hotel is elegant with old world charm. Only down side, no pool and long hallways. Nice bar area with good size drinks.

  • Great hotel with a great location.

    This is a great hotel and a perfect location! You can walk from the train station - then you are close to the old town and new town. Perfect location. The rooms are big, comfortable and quiet. The staff was so nice and friendly. We were only there one night but would go back.

  • A truly exceptional hotel

    Our stay exceeded expectations. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great building in the most central location facing the beautiful lake. Everything works well - high quality mattress, comfortable pillows, fresh linen, classy decoration, etc. Highly recommended. We would not hesitate to come back.

  • Beautiful hotel with excellent location

    Lovely hotel right on the lake. Highly recommend getting a room with a lake view, it's stunning to look at every day. Service was very good and it's within walking distance to so many activities. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good...many options for food, and you can sit inside or outside on the front patio which overlooks the lake.

  • great Lucerne stay

    Another happy Guest. We really loved our stay at the Hotel Schwizerhof and indeed Lucerne in general. It was a really well located, clean, well- appointed hotel. We were going to upgrade to a lake view and weren't able to but inadvertently may have made the right choice because the city view was really nice and quiet.
