  • Mouse in the bar !!

    Actually I am here..the service is good, BUT I have seen mice in the bar. I told the manager who did not pay much attention to what I indicated.the kitchen is next to the bar, make your own conclusions.

  • RIPPED OFF!

    I booked 3 rooms at this hotel ON-line but somehow entered the wrong date. The hotel refused to change the date even though they had open availability. I was charged $518 for nothing. They were horrible to work with. Don’t go there!

  • Business hotel just outside the centre of Liege

    A very nice hotel situated on the southeast bank of the river Meuse. The hotel is clean and pleasant, and the staff are very helpful. Most speak good English, dust off your French otherwise. The setting is a little out of the town centre, but in a very nice location. Overall, one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

  • Nice hotel

    Nice clean hotel and lovely staff. Only knocked off one star for Wifi speed. Signal is great but speed is severely lacking in rooms. Could not carry out Teams calls and dropped out of online meetings numerous times. All in all great hotel but wifi needs an upgrade.

  • Great hotel, from rooms to breakfast buffet to the indoor pool!

    Great hotel for family. Rooms are spacious, breakfast buffet is just perfect (spent 2 hours with kids), the indoor pool is also very nice with kids (pool, jacuzzi, ...). Front desk is always very helpful. Went several times with family and great experience each time.

    Good - our room was extremely comfortable and very nicely decorated. Parking on site was easy and fairly reasonably priced. We had a lovely view of the river from our room. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Could be better - there’s nothing I’d improve on.

  • Refusing to reimburse a cancelled reservation

    I booked and the cancellation policy is clearly to reimburse fully if cancelled 24 hours before the booking. The reception is slow to respond to emails and so far refusing to reimburse me. they are offering a limited option to change the booking date. I had to cancel due to the Covid 19 restriction between the UK and Belgium.

  • High end hotel at a great location next to the river. Wonderful breakfast buffet.

    Great deals by the hotel during this corona time (less than 100 euro B&B/night). Free public parking next to the hotel, 15 minutes walk to the Calatrava railway station, 20 minutes walk to downtown shopping/restaurants etc. The hotel has modern, fully equipped rooms. It serves a wonderful buffet breakfast, even including freshly squeezed orange juice.

  • Great hotel!We would return

    Modern hotel located about 20 min from the city centre. Ideal if you travel by car since they have a free car park adjacent to the hotel. Rooms are super clean, excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly people at the reception.

  • Nice hotel

    The location is perfect and have nice river, the room is big and modern with very good and nice furnitures, there is a free park and they have nice Skybar. There is also an Italian Resturant ahi has seems nice but I did not tried it.
