  • Exceptionally helpful staff

    Excellent customer service by friendly reception staff. We had lots of help with sorting out food for the family including young children, and with taxi arrangements. More than we expected, so a big help. Rooms very smart and well equipped.

  • Great stay close to city centre with great atmosphere, nice personal good breakfast and free parking in front!

    From booking to checkout everything went really well. A well equipped room, clean and modern in a safe place. Personal was very friendly and not to forget the easy parking. Just can recommend the place and will go there myself as well in future.

  • Good accomodation for a business trip

    If you don't choose the room infront of the street it can be a very good and quiet accomodation. The breakfast is unusual good for this region. Nice stay for a business trip. The parking is infront of the hotel.

  • Great location with clean modern rooms

    Great location, only 10 minutes walk from a street filled with restaurants. They have a private car park and also parking out the front. Friendly welcome and helpful service. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant.

    I spent a single night here on a business trip. Location is fine to walk from the station. Hotel is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and it’s good location.prices are reasonable so I would recommend it.

  • Clean, modern rooms with great service

    Rooms were large and pretty good as was the service. Only slight issue was the noise as room 1 is essentially off reception. Would stay again - very helpful staff but I am still waiting for my emailed receipt.

    Nice hotel and very friendly personnel at the reception at arrival and when we left. Rooms charming. Perfect bathroom, clean. Excellent breakfast. Walking distances to the city center. We enjoyed our weekend stay! 120 Euro per night

  • Well located

    Just at 5 minutes walking from the Gran Plaza of Mons. Parking always available on the steet for free. Hotel has been recently renewed but rooms are quite small but well cleaned. One pillow and one towel more would be appreciated.

  • Nice rooms, not most comfortable

    + Nice rooms + Free (limited parking) in front of hotel + Location - Quite noisy (first floor, close to lobby + busy street in front of hotel) - Hard matress - On the more expensive side (though close in price to other hotels in the neighborhood)
