  • Truly great place

    This is a truly great place to stay. Spacious, new rooms at a perfect location. 5 minutes from the restaurants and 10 minutes from the beach. Very welcoming staff and great Gin and Tonics ;-) especially the beds where great, almost like at home..

    Very nice hotel. The room are quite big and well equipped with a nice balcony. The staff is very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast is very good. Perfect place to relax and visit the island. It is very close to the center of the town but still very quiet

  • Fantastic stay and great locstion

    My family and I stayed in the apartment and were extremely impressed with the space, beds, bathroom, balcony and cleanliness. 3 minute walk to bike hire, restaurants and shops. Fast wifi and good tv. Family run establishment. Very helpful and friendly. A Highly recommended stay for your trip to Texel.

  • Good location - nice stay

    The hotel is well situated just off the main street in De Koog, with its numerous restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the whole island. Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and modern. Highly recommended.

  • Great hotel, wonderful staff

    Very nice hotel with friendly employees, good breakfast and close to the beach and shops. We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff really does her best to make your stay comfortable. I recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit the island of Texel.

  • Excellent, family-friendly hotel close to the beach

    Family-friendly hotel within walking distance of the beach and town. Lovely breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Lots of great places to visit nearby and the owners were very welcoming and helpful. Recommend a visit to Ecomare. Walks in the dunes are a must!

  • Nice family-run hotel...

    ...located on the edge of De Koog. Short walk to the center of De Koog with restaurants and some shopping opportunities. Our room upstairs was freshly renovated. The hotel offers an extensive breakfast. We highly recommend the hotel.

  • Pleasant place.

    Came here for a birthday break. Very nice rooms and a great breakfast buffet. Clean with welcoming staff and a spacious room. A short walk from the beach and town where lots of good restaurants and cafĂŠs are to be discovered. Tried a good beer Texels Wrakhout in the town - only 1000 litres brewed a year.

  • Very nice, even in winter

    Booked hotel on ferry ride over from Den Helder. Very nice, even if we did miss the free bottle of wine. Very last minute decision. Lovely hotel, room, breakfast, and staff. Allowed us to stay extra time at check out which we appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here.

    This hotel was ranked in 2012 and 2013 as 'best hotel of Holland'. That's not for luxury, but for the great service, clean rooms and breakfast with regional products and own made bread. Nice hotel for a few days stay on Texel.
