  • Modern, well equipped hotel in great location

    The hotel is located convenient to the station, yet far enough away to be quiet. The receptionist was very welcoming and spoke good English. Dining room is modern yet very relaxing. The bar was very cozy with a fire pit. Rooms are well equipped with ironing board and tea coffee. Room had a corner suite in it. Very impressed.

  • Nice new hotel

    Smooth check-in with pleasant staff, very nice upgrade, tasty beer in the lobby bar, great gym, steps away from the train station, etc. I am not sure what I was expecting for Osnabruck but I was pleasantly surprised by all of it.

  • Comfortable last minute stay

    We booked this hotel last minute as our car broke down near Osnabruck. The staff was friendly and helpful in our stressful situation. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable double bed. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast at the restaurant too.

  • Business trip

    It is a super experience to be here ?? WOW !! I have stayed at many hotels, but this is one of the better. Clean, nice rooms, good parking, friendly staff and very nice food. I was invited here for meetings and this was perfect I am definitely coming here with my family!

  • Staff needs training

    Stayed beginning of May for Business Trip. Great room and bed, but the staff needs more training, especially in regards to unconscious bias. During check out, staff immediately assumed I am a guest with a certain Asian-sounding name and did not even bother to check my room number nor my name. I paid for the wrong room and thankfully the manager in charge identified the mistake some minutes later and corrected the payment.

  • Never again !

    Disco in connected to hotel building. Writing this review at 5:00 am. So loud, you can forget about sleeping. Stay away fron this hotel on weekend !!! No apologies will help, waisted money and very disappointing Saturday night !

  • Beware no points awarded

    I booked hotel through a third party “booking” website and paid full price. But the hotel refused to award me points or credit saying I need to use IHG to book. So please beware of that. The hotel room was very clean and staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi. I took a taxi to Osnabrück airport and the fare was around 80 euros.

  • Good but added extras cost you

    Stayed her for 2 nights. Hotel has very clean and nice decor, nice staff. nice rooms. But €19 to park my car per day is too much seeing as I’m a paying guest of the hotel. The biggest expense was €19 for breakfast... it’s no where near worth it for what is on offer, very disappointed, personally €10 would of been pushing it.

  • Best Holiday Inn within IHG

    This is a new Holiday Inn within the IHG system. It is the best one I have ever visited. By any standard it is a great hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable beds, nice restaurant, well trained staff, parking garage, great spa and gym. I enjoyed every moment at this property and can highly recommend it to anybody.

  • New hotel May 19 and it outstanding, truly brilliant.

    I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world and this new holiday inn needs to be the benchmark for IHG...well done to the architects and designers. Rooms are airy and spacious with L shaped sofa, very big flat screen TV, great lighting in rooms. The lobby, bar and restaurant area are brilliant too, along with courtyard area. I genuinely cannot believe what a great job the designers have done for this hotel...it’s simply outstanding (and I have stayed in Burj Al Arab!) Well done, you should all be very proud and have set the IHG standard.
