    I loved this book, and Dr. Ana Marie has a unique way of explaining and educating about the importance of eating real food. This book is an easy read. Love every bit of this book.   • Need this if you have kids!

    Great book! Finished in less than 24 hours with a 4 year old and 9 month old at home! Very easy to read format and easy to reference! All the things we need to know to keep ourselves and kids healthier! I was doing some of the things but there are more changes that we will slowly start implementing!!!!
