Every time I order from this app, the quality of the clothing that I get is very good. I get nice comfy, stretchy jeans that are perfect for work. I can actually move around in them however, everything takes absolutely forever to actually be delivered. That is my only problem is that the delivery time is way too long.

Don’t order any clothing from this app. It’s a scam! Ordered something waited a month they said the item was out of stock but others were still able to order the products the claim are out of stock. They take your money but won’t send you the items.

I’m growing very frustrated with the return process. I think the owners have forgotten that purchasing clothes online is a gamble. The pants I received were great quality but I didn’t like the fit. I’m now jumping through hoops via email back and forth multiple times to try to return them, and this is Halara’s official return process. Whatever you buy, be certain you’ll like it or else you’ll be stuck doing the same thing. Technology has progressed so far; it shouldn’t be this difficult.
its been a week and my order still hasnt shipped
I think the clothing is fine and the prices are pretty good, but I had no idea that my orders would need to be shipped all the way from China! It takes WEEKS for anything to arrive! I just don't think I can buy from this company anymore because of that. I had to return 2 leggings because they were too small, which meant that for me to finally get the leggings I wanted in the right size, I had to wait twice for shipping. All in all it is taking over a month (I still don't have my leggings). Why bother? I'll just shop on Amazon.
I was going to buy those good looking dresses I saw in Insta… so I gambled and downloaded the app. While I was browsing, I received 3 spam emails immediately. I did not download anything else but this app. If they already sold my email address to some garbage company to send me spam, how can I trust them with any other info? Deleted right away.
To tight and to revealing most the FLARED ones. I think you should break up with the girl to spare her from your trust issues. She probably just dress as she likes, and your insecurity is going to hurt the relationship at some point. Let her go now.
Then find a therapist, and with some help try to figure out where your trust issues comes from and why they might relate to how another person chooses to dress; and make a plan for getting better before you get another girlfriend.

I ordered some pants for my new job because I wasn’t able to find my size in any store. That was on 03/16/23. My package is estimated to arrive on 04/04/23. Who knows if it even will, as my order status is not updated. It just says ‘delivered’. 20 days is insane. Good thing I didn’t pay for faster shipping, would’ve been a waste of money. How this app has a 5 start rating is beyond me. If you’re okay with waiting 3 weeks, by all means!!

I saw an add for a cute pair of pants, so I downloaded the app only to find out that the largest available size is XL (14). Personally I don’t think that is an accurate size label. So I begrudgingly went to the ‘curve’ section to find pants in a size 16, and there were only 10 options 🤦♀️. Separating clothing by curve or plus size is not only inefficient and unnecessary, but it promotes negative body image, especially when the clothes are targeted towards teenage girls. And, in most cases, the plus section offers fewer, baggier, options. It’s time we just make the same clothes in a wide range of sizes, the companies would make more money anyways.

I was really excited to order from Halara after reading great reviews and seeing how much more affordable they are compared to other well known athletic wear. I placed my first order in February and got 3-5 day shipping on it. A week later, there had been no updates. I messaged customer service and, granted, they did respond. However, they did not offer much information, seemed a little dodgy, and basically just told me an item I had ordered was out of stock even though no items in the large order I placed had said that when I purchased them. I decided to give them a good two weeks after that since that is when they said it would be restocked. I got an email saying it had been and the whole order would be shipped out in 3-5 days. Another week went by and I received no information. I once again reached out to customer service and they informed me the item I had ordered was once again out of stock. How? I’m still not sure considering it had been a month since I had ordered this all in the first place. I was very disappointed. I had to ask them to ship the rest of my order out separately before everything just never got to me. They eventually did comply with that and I have finally received my whole order. What bothers me most about this is that there was never an attempt to explain nor make up for the problems this company had with my order. I can understand them being overwhelmed with many orders and there being upsets in business, but when I was getting insta ads all the time for this company and not even hearing back about what was the hold up with my items, I was very disappointed. I really wish I could say I would order from them again but I just don’t think I will. The quality of what I got (when I finally got it) was actually really good and was true to size. I really like what I purchased and wish I could return to them in the future, but it was not worth the fight I had to go through. Do with this info what you will. I would say to buy from them if you know what you want and are willing to wait 1+ months for your order. And if you are willing to bring up problems to their customer service bc God only knows how long I would have had to wait if I never said anything.
After seeing all the reviews on social media I decided to give it a try. I’m curvy, 5’2 size 8-10 and order a medium. It looked small when I opened it up, but when I slipped it on it felt amazing. Fits perfectly and feels like butter. I ordered three and ended up order three more of the Cloudful Crossover Pain with pockets. I wash it on gentle and hang dry. Ended up cutting off the tags, comes in a cute bag as well.

I ordered 6 days ago and my order still hasn’t shipped. I tried to message customer service and there was no option to do so. I tried to send a “ticket” but it said message failed. Is this app fake?
When I went to order I assumed I put something in wrong with my card info, as it kept declining but was working elsewhere. But apparently it sent through five orders (almost $1,000) while giving me that error message. Now I’ve contacted customer service through Facebook, the app and email but there’s no prompt way to contact them and if I don’t contact them before it’s shipped I’ll be charged. This is NOT OKAY.
Didn’t receive purchase in time for what I needed. It took 2 weeks. They are nice very thick material not breathable for active wear. Unable to return them bc they don’t offer it. Was on sale bought 2 pair. Unless your skinny with a perfect body they want look very good. I have a tummy from a c-section and the top of pants aren’t wide enough to cover lower abdominal area so it pooches out. They do feel good but only for cooler weather. To expensive to order and not be able to return easily. So I probably will not order again.

Do not count on receiving your order as promised. Despite the shipping arrival window I received (on my first ever order with Halara), it is now two weeks later than what was promised and I STILL do not have my items. Such a lengthy wait time undermines credibility, especially when there’s no communication from the company to explain or rectify the delay. I will not order again.
I ordered a pair of joggers and when they came they didn’t fit as expected, so I initiated a return so I could reorder my size. The return has been “pending” on my account for almost two weeks. I tried to reach out with no response. I’m the type of person that likes to buy products from companies that have excellent customer service and while the leggings were good quality, I won’t buy from Halara again.
