Compré el grifo aprovechando una oferta con un descuento del 40% respecto al valor que puedes encontrar en tienda. Muy buena calidad y fácil instalación. Lo único es que debes comprar un sifón compatible y que no viene en la caja.

Habe die Armatur im Oktober 2022 gekauft und von einem Handwerker montieren lassen. Heute ist das Teil bereits kaputt. Es läuft Wasser aus dem Kaltwasserzulaufschlauch, direkt an der Armatur.
Leider ist der Reklamationsprozess bei amazon nicht durchschaubar. Die Beschreibungen zur Retoure bzw. Reklamation funktionieren scheinbar nur innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Kauf.
Verkäufer war Amazon. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Kaufe den Ersatz jetzt im Baumarkt vor Ort.

Vorweg, die Ware ist von hoher Qualität. Ich habe eine Retourenware bekommen, weil die Ware nicht korrekt verpackt war. Gravierend war beim Einbau, dass die Dichtung 42310000 fehlte. Dadurch war der Ablauf nicht dicht. Wieder ausgebaut und mit Gewindedichtungsband versucht zu beheben. Durch Ein- und Ausbau habe ich das Röhrensyphon beschädigt, was dann zur Undichtigkeit führte. Neues bestellt und eingebaut. Verstellrohr war zu lang und musste gekürzt werden. Beim Kürzen wohl leicht eingedrückt und erneute , minimale Undichtigkeit, die ich mit einem Dichtmittel beheben konnte. Was sagt mir das für die Zukunft, Retourenware grundsätzlich genau auf Vollständigkeit überprüfen, oder sofort zurück. Meine Kritik ist, es darf nicht passieren, dass eine Ware unvollständig an den Kunden geht. Wer auch immer dafür verantwortlich ist! Der ganze Ärger beruht nur auf eine fehlende Dichtung. Kleine Ursache, große Wirkung.

En remplacement de l'ancien robinet qui fuyait (20 ans d'âge), pas réparable.
Bon produit, très facile à installer, espérons qu'il dure autant que son prédécesseur (pas sûr...). Un seul regret : le limiteur de débit qui réduit vraiment beaucoup l'arrivée d'eau (on attend l'eau chaude...). Je ne suis pas sûr que ce dispositif soit vraiment gagnant, au final !
Je n'ai pas remplacé l'ancienne bonde.

Der Hebel zur Bedienung geht viel zu schwer. Zuleitung viel zu dünn und knickt bei etwas engen Radien
sofort ab. Dient ev. als Ersatzteilspender.

Je confirme ce que j ai ou lire dans d'autres commentaires : il y a beaucoup de plastiques et la qualité du matériau est correcte sans plus. Selon moi, avec de l'entretien (protection régulière contre le calcaire), ce produit est fait pour durer pour une dizaine d'années au grand maximum.
En résumé, je suis un peu déçu de la qualité du robinet.

This doesn’t connect directly to normal UK service valves. I had to order adaptors before I could connect it. Please update the design for the UK market to 1/2 inch BSP fittings

Used to replace WHB tap when renovating our bathroom it came with the flexibility tails already fitted

Beautiful tap from a very good brand, but unless you are prepared to invest a lot of your time in figuring out where to get the adaptors or you can afford a professional plumber to intall this tap for you're better not touching this with a barge pole!!! I had all my tools out in the bathroom floor for one week and made five shopping trips to Wickes, B&Q and Screwfix to no avail. In the end I returned it and bought a dcent looking one from B&Q and end of the story. Ah, and the neck of the tap is too small, as you tighten it to the porcelain it ends up leaning to one side... A waste of time.

I wish someone in the reviews had warned me that the hoses for this water mixer do not fit the standard UK hoses as it would have saved me a whole lot of frustration and wasted time. So if you are in the UK, bear in mind that the hoses of the water mixer are EU standard size and do not fit in the UK without a connector. You can buy a connector (the ones I bought were 1/2" Female to 3/8" Male), but it increases the chances of something going wrong- like in my case: no matter how much teflon tape and tight I screw in the connectors, they still leak. If the taps didn't need connectors, it would have been fine.
The tap itself is shiny and nice looking and comes with seemingly simple instructions- however, if you are installing it yourself it's not going to be as easy as it looks on the video. I decided to try to do it all myself and realized that you need more tools than the 3 in one tool that was provided. The difficulty was partly caused by how difficult my pipes were to reach, so in your case it might not be as hard.
Another thing is that when the tap is set to cold, the lever is to the right and not in the centre, so if you want the nose of the tap to be aligned with the lever, this would be in the half-warm/half-cold water position. I wish the cold water was in the middle and the hot was fully to the right- this way when you are using the tap in default cold water, the nose and lever would be parallel.

Excellent value for money and I was able to install the tap myself saving further expense for a plumber.

This is a good looking tap. Although it is described as "Small" it is quite adequate for a normal size basin and in fact would be too big for a compact one. The flow is really poor on a gravity fed system - with a 3.5m head, the flow is 2.1 l/min, compared to other taps in the house, with a similar head, of 4.5 - 6 l/min. It is down to the small bore of the flexible hoses. It certainly is a water saving device! Probably would be less of a problem with a pressurised system or a combi.
As has been mentioned, you need an adapter between the isolating valve and the hose, luckily the tap I was replacing already had these fitted. The hoses were a bit shorter than the ones on the original tap, but just reached. The included installation tool made it much easier.
As has been said, the fit into a UK spec basin is not perfect - it appears to be designed to go through a hole in a completely flat surface, so the supplied seal doesn't seat well on the slight taper of the basin hole. It needed some silicone around the hole to make a good seal.
I can't comment on the pop up waste, as the original was fine and I just connected the rod from the tap to it.

This mixed hot and cold water tap was well made by material of premium quality. The installation tool came with makes the installation much easier. The tap itself looks morden and elegant, fit our bathroom perfectly.

This was perfect for our downstairs loo that;s quite small and has a very compact sink behind the door as this is a lovely compact but well made and solid mixer tap which looks really nice, works perfectly and is very straight forward to switch over. Runs perfectly with no issues and looks great so would definitely recommend fully at this price as very happy with it.

This is my second Tap from GROHE, I already have a kitchen single level tap with pull-out spray, and we are super happy with it. Just like with this one. GROHE is a well-known and trusted name on the market. Not the cheapest I must say that, but if the quality matters to you and you look for something to last for years, it’s wort to pay a little extra. It comes with 5-year warranty plus an extra year with registration.

After opening the box:

It was good to see that all the components included in the box was wrapped in a separate paper bag, to protect from scratching. I really appreciate the effort from GROHE for using environmentally friendly packaging. The tap feels heavy and massive compared to the size, it’s a sign that it’s well constructed. It comes with the flexible connection hose, washers, and a pop-up waste operated by a small rod on the back of the tap and allows easy opening and closing without getting your hands wet.

Install:

User manual is included in the box, with a lot of illustration, however there is a QR code on the box, which takes you to the GROHE website if you scan that with your phone. After choosing the preferred language it will shows a quick guide video on how to install. I think this is brilliant and makes it easier to install as it shows step by step how to do it. No special tool required only the one included in the box to tighten the tap onto the basin. You will need a Philips screwdriver connect the push waste to the tap. If you follow the video, it can be installed in about 10 minutes, just make sure you turn off the main water supply before you start the job. Use a rubber seal between the tap and the sink before you tighten the tap into the final position so no water can flow between the tap and the sink.

Quality:

The Tap itself looks high quality. Featured with a 32mm installation hole which is the standard size for most of the sink here in UK. It’s only a single handle on it which makes it easy to control the hot and cold water or find the best temperature. It is super tiny and elegant, looks great on a small hand-wash basin.

Excellent mixer tap very high quality. A real classic A real quality tap with smooth operation and backed by a 5 year warranty, and amazing price. Cost £7 more than a “average” tap from B&Q...Bargain!

This is probably the 5th or 6th Grohe Eurosmart tap we have purchased as we have updated our bathrooms/cloakrooms in this and our previous house. The tap is sleek and modern and has a smooth operation. They have proved reliable over the years and I would purchase again.
