  • Wouldn't go back!

    Thankfully we only stayed at the hotel for one night. The rooms are old fashioned. We had booked 3 rooms and two of the rooms had a horrible smell. No kettle in the room. However, the front desk staff are helpful. Overall I would not be going back to Fletcher hotel.

  • Poor hotel with very basic facilities, no more than a 2-star hotel.

    It is a 4-star hotel but there are very basic furnitures in the rooms. No minibars, no refrigerator，no cups nor glasses. The smell in the bathroom was terrible, the toilet seat is not stable and terrible smell comes out.

  • Needs tlc, loud and smelly room

    Some parts like the bar area modern and pleasant but rooms need updating. Ours had smell of smoke still. Slept badly as walls were very thin so any movement in the hallway was heard. Good spacious car park and reasonably priced

  • Business trip to the Netherlands

    The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Checkin process was flawless. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel provides a very decent breakfast and the restaurant and bar are very convenient. It is also quite close to local shops. On the whole I thought it represented good value for money.

  • Nice but expensive

    Nice hotel for the stay before visiting efteling park. No air condition they have portable air condition which works portly Old rooms The breakfast very small It's ok for 1 night but expensive Waalwijk very small near by at late evening only donner &pizza are open 5 minutes walk. Free parking

    Nice small hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean but outdated. Breakfast was simple but good enough. Nice restaurants in de neighborhood (walking distance) and only a 10 min drive to the theme park Efteling

    its a small hotel, but nice staff and clean rooms. The rooms are a little bit old and worn, and you can hear the mate next door snoring, so bring earplugs. Bar and resturant is very nice. Food is good. There is also a very neat smoke room begind the bar.

    Nice accommodation, good restaurant and bar. Not much facilities such as gym, sauna or pool... Short distance to good store and restaurants, just 10 minutes far from good restaurants, pharmacies, hair dresser, etc.

    Rooms were clean. Staff polite and nice. Certainly not what you expect from a 4* hotel. The rooms & bathroom extremely basic and a bit dated, not for a 4 starts in the Netherlands. Big disappointment. Still OK as it was only for 1 nigh, but I would not recommend. Definitively overpriced for what it is

    Absolutely nice place to visit, the staff was so kind and the rooms are great too. They have a nice restaurant where the breakfast was awesome! Very recommanded! The town is pleasent and quite, also the hotel is at a great side of it. Free big parking place. You should try this one!
