    I have used Rapid again as I loved the level of care last time.Unfortunately, not this time. A lot of failures on every step from invoicing to delivery or lack of delivery.Asked for quote, received the invoice, and paid straight away asking for Saturday delivery as I needed my items for the project.Also mentioned that it will be a home address so delivery in boxes as I have no access to pallet truck.When I chased for order confirmation just to be sure I will get my delivery on Saturday, I have been told they missed a delivery charge from my invoice, so I need to pay extra.I paid straight away but been told that delivery will be scheduled for Tuesday next week on pallet.Not sure why I have been ignored with my requirements, but I have explained that last time I received same stuff in boxes and now is not an option.Decided to cancel the order and get my items from somewhere else. Been told that they will refund and they apologies.Shame that they not tried to offer help on this like ask for more money for delivery in boxes etc. I would consider this option, but it was a straight no.I was trying to support other businesses, but Amazon has back me up and delivered what I wanted next day without problems.After few days I must chase for my money as this was neglected as well.After my email, they refunded straight away in minutes. Guys, it’s a tough market, please care and understand your customer needs and try to fulfill the orders.Thanks
