  • Useless and annoying

    I bought the app for iOS devices. It useless and frustrating. It keeps logging out for no obvious reasons. Don’t even bother with tech support. They’re useless as well. There is no way to import several files to merge. Trying to send several files doesn’t work, it only import one file. The same happen when doing the same in the app.

  • Paid for Pro but haven't received upgrade

    I paid the $40 for the perpetual pro version but I haven't received the upgrade. I've tried contacting customer support but it's useless. They use a bot to submit tickets and they have odd hours for US customers. I've filed a complaint via Apple to get a refund. Needless to say a poor first experience.
