I first purchased muslin for quilt backing because of economy, but I've found this product to not only add convenience, but it adds a bit of class to the quilt too. The fabric is 60" wide, which, for the quilts I make, eliminates the need for me to piece the back for the lap quilt or smaller throw quilt sizes.
