  • Great vegetarian sharing platter

    We visited 6pm so it was quite quiet but a number of tables were reserved for later. The vegetarian sharing platter was lovely and the bread you use to scoop up the food is gorgeous

    My family went here tonight and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Delicious spices and flavours. Totally different to any other cuisine we've tried. Good value too for 4 adults. Very clean and interesting colourful decor. We'll definitely be back.

    Fabulous and delicious. We ate the meat and veg combo which was good value and very tasty. The service was excellent. Have fun at the great restaurant.

  • Best all round meal experience in a long time

    I can easily say that this restaurant is the best kept secret in Newcastle. It doesn't look much like a top eatery but the food is exquisite and the experience was awesome. Try it and you won't be sorry!

    I visited this restaurant with friends. The food was outstanding, I will definitely be returning! The manager is a great guy. He knew just what to recommend and was very attentive. Would fully recommend this place

  • Excellent Ethiopian/Eritrean food in a friendly environment

    So glad to have this authentic bar/restaurant in town! If you love Ethiopian food, you will love it. If you haven't had it before, give it a try! Very affordable. Recommended.
