The Dreametech vac-mop is a promising addition to household cleaning. Some users report issues with battery life, defective units, and customer service. Others praise its self-cleaning feature, ease of use, and effectiveness on hardwood and tile floors. It lacks carpet cleaning abilities but can handle dog hair and muddy paw prints with ease. The replacement unit process is difficult but effective. Overall, it is a time-saving device worth considering for pet owners and those who prioritize hardwood and tile floor cleaning.

Nice looking machine but didnt work as well as it did as it did for the first week.I had high hope too bad..I do have two dogs and two cats but does nt explain the excess water left behind..
I have purchased a LOT of floor cleaners over the years, including 2 Roombas. This little wet/dry mop far exceeds anythng I have used before. I have had it about a month now and love using it. Last night I dropped a little bowl of sauce. I picked up the bigger shards and used my mop for the rest. 3 min and floor was clean! Plus, it gets right up next to the baseboards. My only wish is bigger wet/dry water container.
I did like it but after a year with no warning. It just died.
Hi guys
One thing I donāt understand it is
When I use it and some spots are dirty , the color changes to orange or red , that way I know itās more dirt but next time I use it
It doesnāt tell me , when I know exactly itās dirty
Or it doesnāt change the light at all for whole time I use
Iām wondering if Iām
Not setting it up right or how do I get to tell me by colors where my flor need heavy mop , please explain, thank u
If you are like usāin and out with a muddy dog or boots and have tile floors that constantly are getting mucked up, this is for you. I can clean the kitchen floor in 5 minutes now without fiddling with a cord, hauling out two machines, or nagging my daughter to do it. This cleans itself, tells you when it needs emptying or refilling, and is very easy to fill/empty. We have the white one and itās very pretty and unobtrusive charging in the corner of the sunroom. I went from maybe mopping once between our professional housecleans every other week to mopping daily, a job I used to loathe. Busy kid/dog parents will especially benefit from having this in the kitchen area.
If you need to just vacuum you can start it and then pull out the clean water tank, or it will get rugs a little damp, but it sucks up water as it goes. Perfect for indoor/outdoor rugs, but I have used it (with only water in the tank) on nicer rugs with no issues. Is it the greatest vacuum ever? Noāit canāt get under furniture like my Shark, for example. But for a quick clean up of, say, cracker crumbs, liquid spills, or random dog hair under kitchen cabinets, it does the job beautifully. Itās also much quieter than our other vacuums, and doesnāt scare off the dog or people with sound sensitivities, which is wonderful.
When I first got it and had a new roller, I tried this on our grungy Sunbrella fabric couch cushions (on the floor) and it did a GREAT job. Iāll do that again whenever I get a new roller.
I have a bad right shoulder, but this is lightweight and somewhat selfāpropelling, which is also a bonus.
My only concern is that Iām not sure this is truly sanitizing the surfaces. My steam mop does that better. You can certainly spray vinegar or the non-sudsing disinfectant of your choice and then run this if thatās a deal breaker.
I really bow down to whoever designed this machine. I think I love you. Life is so much easier with the right tools, and this is one of them.
I was pretty skeptical about this thing up front, but I really do love it. And it's very easy to use.
First my caveats. It doesn't really scrub. I was hoping for something that would do grout, or get a stain off the basement floor. Nope, this is a light weight brush that spins, it doesn't go deep. It's meant for surface cleaning. You can push it down and get some friction (don't push too hard, you'll wear out the motor), and it will kindof slowly lift stains or scrub away dried messes. The roller feels like a paint roller, just soft fluff, no bristles, nothing that scrubs. On the plus side that means it won't scratch any surfaces. But it's really intended for just daily cleaning, not deep cleaning. I wish it came with interchangeable brush rollers - one for light duty, one for heavy duty.
Next, it's about 10 pounds, not exactly light weight. Don't think of this as mop, it's more of a light vacuum. You shouldn't be using this on pergo or laminate wood flooring. Moisture on those type of floors will warp them over time. Also, the water tank isn't very big, you only have about 5-10 minutes of cleaning before you have to empty the water and refill. And my final issue is that the docking station requires a footprint - it's too heavy to hang, and the closet doesn't have an outlet, so we have to keep it plugged in at the bottom of the basement stairs. That's really the only reason we don't use it more often, because there's no convenient place for it in the kitchen, and hauling it up and down the stairs is a barrier to regular use.
With those caveats in mind, I still really love it. I was brave enough to use in the basement (on painted floor) - my concern was that the rougher surface would tear up the roller, but nope, it took on the challenge like a champ! It got the floor so clean, so fast, so much easier than a mop and bucket.
It talks to you and walks you through steps, I'm not exactly sure this feature is necessary but it's nice and feels fancy. The best feature is the self cleaning, just put it in the dock and it does all the work. You still have to empty and rinse out the dirty water reservoir, though.
You can also use whatever cleaner you want, or no cleaner at all (just hot water). For example, if you're a pine-sol person, you can actually just squirt the floor with pine-sol as you normally would, then run the machine over the floor.
I mentioned the tile grout - one thing I tried was to pour a solution of grout cleaner on the grout (baking soda, peroxide, a little soap), let it sit, then I lined up the roller brush with the grout and let the machine spin for a few moments. It actually did pretty good, not as good as a deep cleaning but it actually cleaned and brightened the grout considerably, enough to put off a deep clean for a few months.
Thumbs up from me.
I loved this product at first, now itās virtually useless! Despite very throughly cleaning the unit, the dirty water tank remains empty after cleaning.
I bought this so Iād be able to clean my hardwood floors quickly. I am able to do my entire downstairs- 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 bathrooms on one batter charge. The clean water tank holds enough water to last the entire cleaning process. I love the self cleaning mode too. I use this daily!
If you have pets and vinyl/hardwood flooring, this will be a lifesaver. I am constantly having to clean my floors from my two dogs coming in and out of the house. I would have to go through with a vacuum and then use a swiffer wet jet. This is a one and done machine that has saved me so much time. The charging port is nice but you kind of have to be quick to get it back on it, because when I turn it off, the dirty water starts to leak a little bit, but nothing a paper towel cant clean up. I have been using this for a few weeks now and have no complaints
I've owned this since August of 2022, its now March of 2023, but I noticed these issues in February of 2023. When I put it on the charge base it displays the charge icon, but a 00%. I'll wiggle it and it will begin to charge and will reach 100% but then display 00% again. And when I go to use it the run time goes down 1% per second when green. Before I was easily getting 30 minutes of run time with it which is perfect for my 1500 sq ft of tile and I was always left thoroughly impressed with how clean it got. So you can imagine my disappointment now as I am unable to clean as much and as thoroughly as I used to. Its now been relegated to mopping up small spills and I'm back to my spin mop for the full cleans.
I loved this so much when I first bought it.
Out of no where, it stopped charging. Iāve had it less than a year. I tried contacting DreamTech about warranty and how to fix this and heard absolutely nothing back. Very disappointed that I now have to spend hundreds of dollars on another one. Will definitely not be buying this brand.
I had never heard of this brand but did my research and saw that it had some really great reviews. So far, I love it. It talks to you and cleans itself!! You heard right, it cleans itself. You canāt use on carpet or rugs, but my hardwood and tile has never looked so clean. I highly recommend.
Item worked good for a short period. My family has 3 and all stopped working. The customer service is awful. Would not purchase
Have had almost 4 months and will not charge. I have trouble shouted and it is not charging. Almost loved
Update! Top-notch customer service. Sent me a new one at no cost. Will forever be a customer. Thank you for taking care of.
At first I was skeptical, but I love it and it really saves me time. Easy to clean as well and I have a dog, live in a rural area with lots of dust and my family tracks dirt in constantly. It cleans my floor and throw rugs at the same time. Worth the money.
So I have a larger home that is mostly hardwood or laminate flooring. I cleaned my kitchen and entire upstairs yesterday in about 20 minutes. I love how this has a self clean feature and it is very easy to fill the tank and empty the dirty tank. I wish both tanks were a little bit bigger but that is a small inconvenience for everything this machine does. I have a gsd, and 2 toddlers. dog hair and muddy paw prints, food and drink spills.. this machine handles it all in one pass. Wish I bought sooner!
i bought this august 17th 2022. I noticed a a couple weeks ago it wasnt charging . the green light turns on when putting the vaccum on the base but the percentage doesnt change . i also noticed a couple months ago that this doesnt always suck up all the water . sometimes it will work fine but then other days it leaves dirty water residue on the floor . i was able to look past that but now wont even work . ive contacted the seller and they want me to ship the product to the repair center ... seems inconvenient tbh and they said if the repair is not undwr warranty i would need to pay for the repair seems like a waste of time . they said i cant get a refund because its been more than 30 days
update- the seller sent me a replacment thank you
The vacuum was amazing for the first 2 months we had it, however on month 3 it started to leak whenever it would stop. We would take it all out clean it really good, the suction stopped working well. & shortly after it stopped charging. I don't care what you say, a $300 shouldn't last 3 MONTHS! LUCKILY my husband bought the warranty, sure enough they were unable to fix the vacuum & just reimbursed us. However I am still upset at the fact we spent all this money ON JUNK! JUST SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, GO BUY A CEDAR SPIN MOP & A GOOD BROOM
Iām so excited about my Dreametech! I clean my downstairs floors almost daily because itās so easy, and satisfying! Itās almost fun! My adult daughter loved mine so much that I bought her one for Christmas. You wonāt regret this purchase!
I love this so much I showed family at Christmas and then they bought one because they loved it too. So easy to use! Even works well with dog hair. Best gift Iāve ever gotten!
Holy smokes. What kind of world are we living in....a DREAME world it seems. Got this thing after getting fed up with my 8 country ranch cats that can't seem to pee exclusively in the litter box or the 20 acres they live on and instead, bless us with cat teetle regularly as well as track in mud and bring us bloody dead mice. Anyway this thing has now changed my whole life. A cordless mop! Yikes it's amazing. I cleaned the whole house in 25 minutes and it smells DREAMEY and I can do this once a week no problem. If you love yourself, your home, your marriage, your nervous system, and your little toes.... GET THE VACUUM ALREADY. the universe brought you here for a reason. The end. Good luck!
Honestly I had been looking for a wet/dry vacuum for a while. I had this on my wishlist too contemplating on buying. Finally I decided to get this, setting this up was easy. Took a bit to figure up our set up location for the charging station. Once this was charged up. We decided to test this and let me tell you wet paw prints on our floors are a thing of the past now. Easy to maneuver and cleaning my floors have never been so easy and quick. The self cleaning function is one of the coolest process seen how fast your rollers gets cleaned. Over all a great alternative to an expensive vacuum like Dyson. Would recommend.
Itās just amazing!!!!! I never write reviews but this purchase deserves it.
UPDATE: (APRIL 2023): After communication, back-and-forth with Dreametech. They agreed to send a replacement unit. I have been using the replacement unit for a few months now and it has operated great. I hope the battery lasts for years this time around. How knows, maybe the first one I received was just one in a million that was defective. I hope so, because this vac-mop really works good when it operates as expected. I hope the company changes the way they handle defective units in the future. Please note: I also have their Dreametech Z10 Pro Robot Vacuum and have had NO issues. I have raised the "STARS" from "1-STAR" to "3-STARS" because of the way they finally agreed to send another - replacement unit in exchange for the original that suffered a defective battery within 3-months. If this company changes the way they handle defects (without hesitation) within the 1-year warranty period and my replacement unit at least lasts 1-year without any defects . . . I may raise the "STARS RATING" to "5-STARS". -Todd
This Dreametech H11 or H11 Max may seem and look like a really High-End Product. I thought so at paying nearly $499. I thought - at that price and the high-end quality look of it, I would even buy an extra brush and HEPA filter. I figured this thing would most likely last me at least 3 years. Heck, it also came with a 1 year Manufacturer's Warranty.
Well, the day has come and it has only been after 15 to 20 uses of the cordless wet-vac mop....(about 3 months from purchase), and the product wont take a charge now. It won't recharge the battery. If you look at the photo I provided, the display shows "E4". I looked this issue-up on Google and it states "E4" is DEFECTIVE Battery.
NO PROBLEM, I've got the 1-year manufacturer's warranty. I contacted Dreametech through their Amazon link to help me with the warranty.
REMEMBER THESE TIPS if you dare to purchase this product or any-other Product from Dreametech:
- DON'T expect longevity from Dreametech Products. I don't care how good it looks or how much it costs.
- You better SAVE your original Box. No matter how much space it takes in your house or storage closet (save-the-box). So, in my case, make sure you can fit your vac-mop as well as the package box it came in, into your storage closet. After 1 - year, if it lasts, you can throw-out the box when the warranty expires. (I hope you make it that long).
- NEXT, If your product is defective-be prepared to NOT being able to use it for a while....you may have to purchase a replacement product while you experience the Dreametech warranty procedure. (hang-on-to your seat here, as I explain).
- If you experience a defective issue with your product you will be met with a response such as:
"there may be a problem with the battery. Due to the limitations of remote judgment, and in order to accurately determine and fix the problem well, it's recommended that you can send it to repair center for check and repair."
AND then they will proceed to tell you:
"1. Please pack _**the**_ **defective part** in a carton or in the package and take certain protective measures to avoid secondary damage during transportation. We do not provide additional carton or afford any packaging fees as the packaging materials are not covered by warranty.
2. After receiving the defective product, Repair Center will inspect the product to determine whether it is within the warranty conditions. If met the warranty conditions, it will take about 7-15 working days to repair it and send it back to you with free of charge. If the warranty conditions are not met, a certain repair fee will be charged, and the repair work will start after receiving the payment."
PLEASE Make Note or the Key Points, here.... You need to package - or purchase a box big enough to ship your product to the repair facility. Make sure it's not damaged during transportation, or your warranty will be denied-probably. ALSO, if for some reason it is found that the product is defective other than "warranty conditions" (heck, you've only used it a few months), then I'm sure the repair facility will be glad to patch-it back together for you at a charge to YOU. REMEMBER, during the 7-15 days, your floors will NOT be able to be cleaned unless you are able to purchase another product until you find out the results of Dreametech warranty repair facility's decision.
GOODLUCK FOLKS! I would search for another brand.

2 modes, Auto and water suction (does not send water down)
Itās a little heavier than the previous model but itās nice. I wish this model came in white though.
Ps: the voice command can be turned off with the button on the back.
Honestly, overrated doesnāt suck very hard. Very bad for laminate floors. Itās pretty heavy but still is pretty maneuverable. Very short battery life. Not worth it compared to the Bissel.
I use this product for mama my hard floors and some small carpets that get dusty, almost daily. Itās amazing. Easy on my back and talks to you to let you know when water tank is needing filled and when to empty dirty water tank. My house always smells fresh now!
I researched for a few weeks between cheaper vs higher end models. I found this one mentioned on a YouTube video. I went ahead and got it black Friday weekend because it has $100 coupon. I decided to not mop my floors while I waited for delivery. It came 45% charged but I decided to go ahead and charge it fully before first time use. Upon starting it tells you what mode you're in and as soon as you tilt it back it starts to self propel. I couldn't believe the suction on this thing. I literally sucked up a cord and a sock that were accidentally in the way. We had no puddles or water leaking (the manual states you shouldn't tilt more than 40 degrees - maybe that's why it leaked?). I will say the solution left my floors a *bit streaky BUT we have a laminate hard floor and it is fickle. Sometimes regular mop and floor cleaner leave it streaky. I'll take the streaks knowing this thing sucked up everything and cleaned my floor at the same time.
The battery life goes down quick. My husband was not impressed. We were able to do dining room, kitchen, living room, entryway, hallway, and 2 bathrooms on the main floor. I stopped at 5%. It charges in less than 3 hours though. I had to fill water tank one time throughout. I also kept playing with the max mode and standard mode so that could've affected the battery life.
I read a review that mentioned theirs not working after year....I plan on using this every night or every other night after kids and animals are in bed. For $199 if this thing doesn't make it past a year. I will still feel like I would've gotten my money's worth on the amount of cleaning time cut in half. No more vacuuming. Then going back over with a mop. I think this is a great option for busy families that would like the fancier brand but at a lower cost.
Absolutely ā¤ļø love this is my favorite cleaning tool
Buy it you won't regret it ...
a few things they should add lights and a side sweeping brush my only dislike .
I bought this unit in February 2022 and by November 2022 I returned it. The limited warranty is well- quite limited and after experience multiple errors and poor suction problems, I agreed to pay $80 restocking to just get rid of it and get the rest of my money back. Yes, the customer service is quick but took forever to just get them to agree to replace the whole unit.
Edit: I was reached out my customer service who quickly acted to replace my unit. I received the new vacuum and have been using it this week and as with the last unit, itās currently great! Iām happy with the replacement and it functions really well. I did end up getting a competitor one but returned it because I think overall the clean tech one is better quality. I will use it for the coming months and update again!
