As a first time user of Dr. Olivia Naturals Magnesium Chelated Glycinate Complex I started off by trying one capsule, which is 100 mg, along with my herbal evening tea. The effect was gentle and relaxing. I found it easier to go to sleep and stay a sleep.

Since then based on the kind of stressors in my day I take from one (100 mg) to three (300 mg) capsules in the evening one to two hours before bedtime. I am sleeping better. When I sleep well so many things go better. I've already purchased my second bottle as I do not want to run out of this magnesium plus (L-theanine, passionflower and valerian root) formulation by Dr. Olivia.

Worked great! Definitely sleep better at night. Wished pills weren't so large (I hate swallowing large pills). Noticed more energy also.

I have been taking these for over a year. Seems to be a great product for my family even my husband and adult daughter will take them occasionally to help fall asleep. Helps me personally relax and get to sleep.
They were out of stock completely for a few months or so Amazon and Dr. Olivia’s website of this particular product. I have personally found for my body that the new restocking product seems to be definitely a different formulation even though the bottle says the same Ingredients as before. however the capsules are definitely larger than before. Perhaps some kind of filler was added? I don’t know. But in my estimation it is a changed formulation because it now gives that feeling in your stomach you know the urgency that says get to the bathroom now or else LOL. The original run of the product that I was taking for over a year didn’t ever never experience that and for me personally my dosage has never change I only take two at night before bed. I am still taking it I just plan accordingly in the morning.:) The products seem to have a better synergistic blend of ingredients that I cannot find with other products and I’ve been searching for something similar to her blends and I have not as yet found any products with all the same quality of ingredient and blends as she has. however I will continue to search as her new prices on all the new products That Dr. Olivia has formulated are high-priced so I hope that we get continually what we pay for.

This is my 3rd bottle mot getter enough sleep. Will not be buying any more.

I bought this product to relax me and it does a good job for that, but since I started taking it the leg pain that I’ve been having is gone, I must of been magnesium deficient! I would highly recommend this product.

This product is a game changer. Little by little, I’m noticing I have more energy and am sleeping a lot better. The pin pricks in my stomach, from stress, diet, everything, are becoming less frequent and less painful. I’ve struggled with regularity for years and this has been the only long-term cure so far. I’ve been on the product for about 6 months now and I noticed these changes within the first few weeks. When I run out and don’t replace it fast enough (longest I went was 2 weeks), I started to feel body aches and dehydrated so I know this is working. 10/10 recommend for everyone. Whether you have pain or not.

I’ve tried other magnesium products with medium effectiveness for years to help with hormonal migraines and insomnia issues. However within DAYS of starting this product, I can already tell how much better I’ve been sleeping and waking up feeling well rested. Will definitely keep taking and highly recommend.

I am so glad I found Dr. Olivia's Magnesium! Other magnesium products I've tried had diarrhea side effects, but this one does not. She also has awesome videos explaining her products and other health related issues.

I take magnesium for heart palpitations due to anxiety. These capsules have really helped with that. Just the right combination that works for me.

I could not be any happier with this magnesium... I've taken others in the past that made promises, but this one delivers. I am sleeping like a CHAMP. I know this because I track my sleep with an app, and it is glorious to feel like you slept, but then to actually see it , so you know you are finally getting that rest you crave. Love every product by Dr. Olivia's!! You should definitely give this one a try, you will thank yourself later!

Worked opposite for me. Took about 8 PM and was still wide awake at 3 am.
Wanted this product to work. Can't afford to stay up to 3 AM on work nights, so probably won't take again.

This magnesium supplement does not produce digestive side effects typically attributed to supplementing magnesium. When I first started taking it my sleep quality was notably improved. (I have delayed sleep-phase, so sleep is a big deal for me.) I don't notice the effect as much after continuing to use it for a while, but it probably still helps. Just boosting magnesium intake is helpful regardless.
