  • Great Quick Reference!

    I would definitely recommend this book! I received it when I participated in Mr. LaFido's Luxury Listing Specialist Certification Program. The book is the perfect companion, providing key takeaways from his content for the course (which I really enjoyed if you are curious about that). However, had I not taken the course, I would view this book like I would a language dictionary if I was in a place in which I needed quick reference. There are excellent tidbits, simple scripts to implement and practices that prompt agents to level up. I honestly think, even if you don't plan to pursue luxury, there's enough practical knowledge in this book, that I would encourage any agent to invest in it. It's easily consumable, and if you ATE wishing to be specific to the luxury market, provides insights from Michael's years of experience and interaction that give insight on how to become the trusted professional in the circle. This is not a "be fake to get somewhere" tactic, just common sense insights on how to get better. You put in the work, and you will achieve results. As Michael teaches, "Do the things your competition isn't willing to do!"

  • Super useful book on Breaking into Luxury!

    If you’re in Real Estate and not familiar with how to use the DISC assessment you are missing out. Michael brings light to this tool that helps you master all types of personalities especially dealing with mega multimillion dollar homes! I also loved the fact that if you’re in real estate you need to be out in the community, getting involved, stepping into your leadership style! I’m currently planning an event using the tips he recommended in the book!

    After reading the book, I also started embracing my unique and authentic self to connect with my buyers and sellers and have landed a several 6+ million dollar listings!! Thank you Michael! I highly recommend the book and the course!

    Michael is incredibly knowledgeable with lots of experience in the luxury world. His book is straight to the point with lots of information that you can implement right away. I also highly recommend taking his course mentioned in his book that will help you gain even more knowledge. I had tons of action items to implement right away. Read this book and take his course if you want to up your luxury listings.

  • Very impressive book - this book got me more listings!

    I've been a real estate agent since 2007 - this book has taken my business to the next level! Micheal gives strategies about what you need to do to get out of your comfort zone. This book gives you guidance on how to get sellers (goes over personality types) to do the correct market preparation to get their house sold for the maximum price. Also, there is a chapter about how to attract buyers for your listings. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to increase their average sales price and get more listings.
