The wheels do not fit into the holes

My facial steamer would not work it wont even turn on

This item is rickety af. No matter how much I’ve tightened and readjusted it, it still is super unreliable, which led to the item toppling over and nearly burning me with scalding water. This is definitely in need of a product adjustment, or someone is going to get seriously hurt.

I am so happy I bought this product. It is so cool. I use it weekly and I love how my sln feels afterwards

This is very nicely made, and somewhat easy to put together if you have the tools. It also rolls over carpeting or wood/tile flooring without a problem. I think this steamer is great for the price. It's made of mostly metal parts, which last longer. The steam and ozone are excellent. I love it because it makes my skin feel soft and moisturized. My skin is warm, hydrated, and glowing after I use it. Rather quiet, I say that because my frog's humidifier and my house humidifier are a lot louder compared to this.

This thing goes together very easily, and it puts out a lot of steam. It only takes a few min to heat up fully. The steam lasts well over 10min.

I bought this is November 2022 and I have used it only 3 times. This morning the reservoir cracked on all sides and started leaking. What a waste. I've barely used the unit.

This is great for steaming the face and doing my own facials. However, it also works great for steaming my hair when I do a deep conditioning treatment. It allows the conditioner to penetrate the hair better. I rinse and seal the cuticle with cool water. Leaves my hair moisturized and bouncy.

I suffer from adult acne. Using this steamer twice a week and lightly exfoliating afterwards had cleared up my skin immensely. And it's helped with reducing fine lines around my eyes and mouth.

Easy to use, but I recommend watching a few online videos before you do. If you don't know what you're doing, you can damage your skin.

When I "take my treatment", I make an event of it. I set up a quiet spot in my room, cover a soft bench with towels, wrap my hair in a towel, put on some soft music, dim the lights, and turn the machine on.

This made my at home spa evening feel more luxurious. It is large which can be difficult to store but overall I enjoy this and wish I would have got one years ago!

I was a little worried that I would not be able to operate or use this properly as I’ve never used one before but it was super easy to assemble and there’s only 2 buttons on it vapor and ozone. You just hit the 2 buttons after adding distilled water and boom you’re ready to go. It does take a few minutes to get going but once it does you’re in for an amazing facial and at home spa treatment. It does take up a bit of space so you need some where to store it as mine has been occupying a corner of my bathroom since I got it. My skin felt so clean and refreshed after using it I wish I would’ve known about this thing years ago.

 I got this for my daughter who has eczema and she is in love with this machine. She said it was fairly easy to put together. It does take distilled water and as you can see in the video she is enjoying it and it’s really helping with her eczema around her nose and face worth the money

My goal was to purchase a free-standing facial steamer I could use while lying in my bed. There were lots to choose from. I like the one I purchased. I worried my bed or pillow might get wet, but they don't. The only thing I would change is to have a button that turns the whole thing off. You either have to unplug it, or keep some water in the clear jar. If you don't do that, it will keep beeping.

Good value, Easy to assemble. I did add some tape for reinforcement in a few spots. Does a solid job as a face steamer. I use distilled water in mine. Have used it a few times over the past few weeks with no issues with leaks. I do have to fill it up quicker than my older steamer I have used.

This face steamer works very nicely if it's the job done makes for a great steam facial.

This was pretty simple to set up and quick. It takes about 5 minutes for the water to heat up and come up. I like being able to sit/lay down and control where the steam goes. This steam does get hot and the only way you can control it is by positioning it. I wish there was a way to reduce the heat or amount of steam coming out. There's an automatic cuff off feature when it runs out of water. It runs for about 15-20 minutes before cutting off.

This steamer works fine and steams as it should but I’m getting rid of it because of the very wobbly base and the obnoxious loud beeps when you turn it on and off and when it needs more water it beeps very loudly. There’s no way of turning off the sound from what I can tell. Very disturbing for a relaxing facial. Not recommended

This DEER BEAUTY facial steamer was easy to put together and it’s a fairly straight forward process. Once assembled it is easy to use. Fill the water tank with tap or distilled water, turn on, wait a few minutes to heat up, and steam is generated. The steam flow is uniform and consistent. Price wise it is comparable to other facial steamers on the market. Overall good value for the money.

Easy to assemble wish it came with better instructions in the packaging tho I just had to use common sense putting it together or you could always come back on here for the instructions.

It’s kind of flimsy to me has a little bit of sturdiness but it could be better.

Steams up really well and feels good on skin! Overall good.

Im using the product for my at home spa.
No directions were provided inside the box so I had to utilize Amazon to make sense out of non sense.
Quality steamer, although for the price it should have a light and magnifying glass but I digress.
I would buy it again because it goes with the aesthetic of my space.

Wasn't sure I'd even receive it after the shipment getting pushed back so many times but it finally arrived and I love it! I plan on becoming a esthetician so this is something I've been eyeing to do facials with.

This product is not very well packaged. It arrived with the box broken and a lot of scratches on the body. Anyway, it could work, but not very efficient. It does not heat up fast and there is so much water leak. It could make a big mess to your room.

The bottom was a bit hard to get on but it works great, Wish the cup heels more water, it has to be filled just right so it will not beep And shut off.

The DEER BEAUTY facial steamer comes in a big box. However the assembly was fairly straight forward. A wrench is required to fasten the screw on the bottom of the roller base. The height is adjustable.

I use only distilled water in the steamer. After turning on the vapor button, there's a wait time of a few minutes for the water to heat up. There was no leak, no spitting of hot water, and the steam is constant and stable. The plastic steam head did not get hot (the metal steam arm did which is normal). When done, I simply swing the arm away and turned off the machine.

The large water basin would allow a much longer steam. There is a sensor and timer. But since I use this at my massage chair, my facial finished at the same time my massage session. Water can be filled from the top of the steamer so there's no need to remove the hot water basin. The steam arm and stands are all metal and heavy duty. I have not used this machine long enough to know how durable it is. But the machine is very stable and all the parts feel very sturdy. I am using this for home DIY facial and feel this is a great machine for home facial so I recommend it.
