The error could be that it is the color of the package the top come off then the packet in your hand is it just sugar inside.

Out of the 10 boxes, 10 packets were unusable because the powder was completely hard.

Great Value and Tastes Awesome
Apparently I've ordered this 7 times over the years (not counting when I've ventured to other flavors) so I'm a fan. They've changed the packaging (was anybody else using the plastic containers to hold pens and stuff?). I'm actually glad it comes in a cardboard box now, but the containers were the perfect size...
It's a pretty big commitment, so I recommend buying a pack at a store first to see if you like the flavor.
What I Love:
- It's honestly the only way I stay hydrated during the summer since drinking water is not a top priority on my mind. I take it to the gym because I won't drink water even when working out.
- It's really easy to make. Over the years, I have developed a pouring method with my britta pitcher so I no longer need a spoon to mix it.
- It's way too sweet for me. I make it in a 4 liter pitcher (use 2x water the recipe calls for) and I get DOUBLE the amount!
- Great for parties and everybody seems to enjoy it.
What I Don't Love:
- Of the flavors, it's not my #1 favorite, but selections are limited on the pitcher packs. It is a flavor universally enjoyed by adults and children and I obviously like it enough to live off of it.
- It's really easy to make, but it's still a hassle and nobody wants to make it. It's like changing the toilet paper roll. I can't imagine it being any easier unless they come up with a faucet attachment or run it on a tap. (Crystal Light, feel free the contact me. I've got ideas and I can share my pouring method.)
- There's a slight milky residue at the bottom of the pitcher (and no, it's not because I don't mix it with a spoon)

Thought wrong
I thought it was raspberry tea.

It wants to be disolved in room temprature water
The product results in a thin solution. If you attempt to dissolve it in cool to cold water it just forms chunks in the bottom of the bottle, even if you constantly shake the bottle. If you want to drink it cold add it to the bottle when at room temperature then refrigerate.

Downside of ordering in bulk
The bulk order of crystal light came in and at least 1/2 of the individual packets are solid as a rock, which means they must have gotten wet and there could be a hole in the pkg. soooo disappointing!! Guess I won’t order them anymore. Waste of my money as I’m throwing out half of them. 😡😡

Tasted delicious and different!!
I liked how it tasted different from other green teas that I have tried. Whether it be from a mix packet or a regular drink. Even from a variety of different brands. I had been wanting something new and different but couldn't figure out what. That flavor definitely helped me with that and the green tea aspect gave it that little extra umph. I can't find this flavor in stores so I'll definitely be buying more in the future!!!
