    This book is both beautiful and informative. It begins with prehistoric people and continues to today. It is very interesting to see how and why clothing styles evolved through the years. I gave it to my grandaughter for her birthday but may order one for myself!

    I am extremely excited about this collection. I ordered them all. Perfect for display on coffee table or console and or leisure. If you invite a book worm to your home they will enjoy taking a look. I love these books! The size is that textbook size I was looking for also.

  • Back cover of book was caked in unknown gooey substance.

    I'm not even sure it was glue, because it wasn't particularly sticky, but it was thick, and somewhat transparent. Really. I'm sure the book is a good book (I don't know for sure because I don't want to touch it), but in terms of making purchases, I can't say I'm happy with what I got.

  • Good book, learned a lot 🙂

    Good book , wish there was a longer section on the early 20th century, asian fashion and the 1910s , also there is very little on African fashion otherwise, very entertaining and a good smooth read.
