  • Staff Made Hotel Stay Outstanding

    Rooms were clean, showers hot, breakfasts were very good. Staff were outstanding and very helpful. Wished that the hotel was a little closer to the train station. Town center was close walking distance. Staff made this hotel great.

  • Great hotel in good location

    Hotel was perfect, good clean size rooms with all you would expect for a holiday inn Express Staff were very attentive, bar was well stocked and price/night was worthy. Breakfast buffet was great, set us up well for the day ahead.

    Hotel close to the Mechelen city center with a nice reception area and excellent breakfast service. The basic rooms are clean with a good bed and decent bathroom. The hotel has a parking garage and the staff offers good service.

    Good hotel with excellent breakfast menu selection. Good coffee. Very good beds and bathroom. Free High speed WiFi. No restaurant in evenings but that is really not needed in center of Mechelen. The bar menu is too limited both drinks and snacks are dissatisfying

    It’s at the middle of Mechelen close to train station and restaurants. Very quiet place to stay in. Interested guys with old and historic buildings will enjoy a lot We don’t forget nice services and delicious food and drinks

  • Nice hotel

    Stayed here twice and think it’s a lovely hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staff are lovely and helpful. Lounge area is pleasant and inviting. Breakfasts are really good, plenty of choice. Good value for money and will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to Mechelen.

  • Nice staff but depressing rooms

    Quick 1 night business stay at Holiday Inn Mechelen. Staff is very friendly and supports in every aspect. The rooms however reminds me more of an old hospital then a hotel which reduces the experience Breakfast ok.

  • Central and pleasant stay

    The very centrally located hotel has really nice welcoming reception staff. Underground parking is useful. The rooms a adequate and the breakfast buffet has a good choice. The double bed should really be wider, when two people want to sleep comfortably. Otherwise everything was fine.

    See title. Couldn't fault the hotel or the city. Lovely buildings, shops, pubs, walks. Well worth a visit. Accomodations was spacious, buffet breakfast options good. Location within a few hundred yards of main square and all facilities.
