Comfortable and Affordable Office Chair with Adjustable Features

Love the size and the comfort

I bought this as a cheaper alternative to gaming chairs, thinking it would be better on my back, nope. This chair actually makes my back hurt. The lumbar “support” barely has any cushion in it and doesn’t have a big range to move up and down for comfort. The backrest doesn’t support actually resting in it and bends back, resulting in the lumbar becoming more uncomfortable. I’ll admit that I messed up slightly in the assembly and had to redo screws to put the washer on but that should have no actual effect on the backrest. I didn’t want to drop a ton of money on another gaming chair that only last a little over a year but I really miss them right about now. Even as just a regular office chair it’s hard to recommend this.

The chair was easy to put together. No problems except for the backrest cap which would not snap in but issue has been taken care of. Good quality chair and it’s comfortable. Back and neck support is just what I needed.

Great price and very comfortable

The chair is really comfortable and space saving, but it squeaked terribly. I had to Google how to stop office chair from squeaking. Lots of WD-40 was needed everywhere. Now it’s ok. Tiny squeak remains, but tolerable. I like the chair much better now, but hate that I had to do all that extra work.

I really like this chair. For me, the lumbar support isn't too far forward and even if it was you can remove it. Its comfortable and the arm being able to put the arm rests up is nice. Also, assembly was straight to the point and easy to do.

Mine was a little squeaky at first but after some use (and wd40) it's fine. It's a solid chair.

This is the second chair I'm buying and I'm loving it, I love that this has an adjustable lumbar support and the arm rest is movable; the cushion is great.

One thing though I wish the back rest is higher or you can move the head rest higher, I'm 6ft and the headrest is by my neck area.

Definitely an upgrade from my previous chair without breaking the bank. I’ve noticed a significant improvement with my back pain. The only thing that’s a little bit annoying about it is it does creak when you’re moving around on it and I’m not even close to maxing out the weight limit. It would be nice if you could adjust how forward it sits, but for the price it was a pretty decent chair.

The chair seems to be a good value. I've only used it for a day, but it is comfortable. It came packaged very well and was easy to assemble with the included wrench. The chair is not very heavy, but it does not feel weak or flimsy while supporting my weight (nearly 200 lbs / 90kg).
The only issue with the chair is that the headrest is a bit too low even at its highest position.
In the assembly manual, is says to contact support if there are any issues, so I contacted them about the headrest. They responded within a couple hours! They gave me the option to return for a full refund, or a partial refund since the headrest was basically useless for me. Most chairs in the same price range don't have a headrest, so not a big deal. I was happy with all other aspects of the chair, so I accepted a partial refund. Five stars for customer service.

A recent job change has me working at a desk for long periods of time, and this chair is comfortable all day long. Get one, you won't be sorry!

The chair itself is decent. The lumbar support is comfortable and it assembled easily. However, the headrest is not worth your time if you are average height or above. I am 5'10" and it hit me on the back of the shoulders so I had to take it off. Not worth the money to add that part. Wish the arms could adjust up and down as well. They can only flip up and down so when down only one height. Too short for my height.

Very comfy and easy to setup. The armrests and height of the seat are also adjustable. A minor issue for me is that the headrest is not adjustable enough for my height.

We purchased multiples of this chair for our office. Once we got the hang of it, they assembled quickly, with no major issues. Chairs are comfortable and sturdy and staff is happy with them!

I purchased this chair to replace a luxury leather office chair. This chair is much more comfortable and does not cause pain after sitting for long periods. Unlike other chairs, height adjustment and headrest adjustment is perfect for someone shorter than average height. Instructions for assembling was excellent and the product included extra screw parts which is a nice change from missing parts I often experience with other products. Very happy with the purchase.

The chair was very easy to assemble, came with very thorough instructions and tools and feels very comfortable to sit on. The mesh fabric is not very breathable so it does become hot to sit on after some time, but the foam is high quality and does provide the lower back a lot of support. Lumbar is adjustable and is very supportive.

The chair was easy to assemble and is very comfortable. The seat is large enough to sit with my legs tucked under me or folded, which is great for my fidgeting. I took a chance on this product not knowing if it would be comfortable, but it go good reviews so I made the purchase. I wasn’t disappointed! The company is very communicative and if I were to have had a problem, seems like it would’ve been taken care of quickly.
