  • Lovely pictures, poor paper quality

    I love the pictures in this book but the paper quality is pretty cheap. I scanned and printed these onto cardstock and use watercolor paints to add pigment.

    Every other page looks like a print job gone wrong. The “blurs” make it difficult to look at much less color. The other designs are cute.

  • Fun pictures to color

    but it seems as Amazon paper has gotten even worse. I just copy on my printer so it doesn't bother me but it is annoying to pay for a book that I know I will have to copy to be able to color well. Oh well, whatcha going to do? Have fun coloring!!!

    The pictures are very beautiful and detailed! I didn’t expect the quality so im happily surprised! Just make sure to put a blank paper under your page so the ink doesn’t transfer.

  • Perfect cottage core aesthetic, so soothing

    I adore this coloring book. It’s relaxing simply to look at the black and white images. I’m super into gardening and frogs and books and all things this book is filled with. The illustrations are mature (not cartoon like or silly) and genuinely beautiful. It’s a huge book and definitely worth the price. Buying my best friend one soon.

    Pictures are beautiful. The sad thing is the paper quality is awful. Very hard to get colored pencil color to lay down. I hope seller/artist will reconsider the paper. I will keep the book though and try other types of pencils and possibly photo copy the pages I want to color on cardstock.
