Ordered some green coffee for home roasting, the website ordering went smoothly and it was delivered within 3 or 4 days.Just roasted my first batch and have no complaints. ;-)

I wanted some green beans to experiment with home roasting- a bit of variety but not in the quantity listed on your website. A friendly phone call solved it all - two varieties, smaller packs, quick delivery, plus a bonus sample and interesting newsletter. Experiments are underway. I shall return.

The Coffee Bean Shop is a classic family run business that is delightful to buy from and a pleasure to support. I wish there were more like them. I’ve been buying my coffee from the Coffee Bean Shop now for about 5 years: without fail, the coffee is excellent quality with a good range to choose from - I love trying a new bean every order, but always come back to my favourite Columbian. The website works reliably, so deliveries always come the next working day after ordering. If you ring them, there is always a cheerful voice from a very helpful person to talk to - but it is very rarely necessary to ring! Little hand-written messages in with my order add to the personal touch. I can’t recommend them highly enough for their excellent coffee and brilliant service.
