I recently underwent a septorhinoplasty and rhinoplasty with surgeon Ilkay Hut Hut through Clinic Center. Initially, I chose this clinic based on their claims of being a reputable company, but my experience was far from satisfactory. I want to share my honest feedback and caution others against choosing this clinic.Firstly, I want to address the promotional YouTube videos featuring an NHS doctor visiting the clinic. I later discovered that these videos were paid promotions aimed at enhancing Clinic Center's image. It's important to be cautious and not solely rely on such marketing tactics when making a decision about surgery.Upon arriving in Istanbul, I was provided with a coordinator from the clinic, who accompanied me to appointments and facilitated the process. However, on the first day, I was taken to a hospital that wasn't part of the initial surgery plan. This unexpected change made me uneasy and raised concerns about the overall experience.Furthermore, the surgery package I opted for included a transfer service, hotel accommodation, and transportation throughout my stay. However, these inclusions did not make up for the subpar surgical experience I had. The last-minute change in the hospital where the surgery took place left me feeling apprehensive and concerned about the overall professionalism and organization of the clinic.Furthermore, I want to emphasize the financial aspect of this experience. I paid a substantial amount of £2,500 for this surgery, expecting quality results and professional service. However, the outcome was far from satisfactory, leaving me deeply disappointed. What concerns me even more is that the clinic accepted cash payment in GBP on the day of the surgery, yet they failed to provide me with any proper documentation or proof of payment. This lack of transparency raises further doubts about the professionalism and integrity of both Dr. Ilkay Hut Hut and Clinic Center.I strongly advise caution when considering any surgeries offered by Clinic Center. Their track record, as evidenced by the numerous negative reviews on platforms like Trustpilot, indicates a pattern of botched surgeries and subpar experiences. I wouldn't be surprised if they attempt to remove or manipulate this review, as it seems to align with their practices.In light of this ordeal, I am currently seeking a revision surgery in London to rectify the unsatisfactory outcome and restore my confidence. I urge others to learn from my experience and stay away from Dr. Ilkay Hut Hut, Clinic Center, and their questionable practices.

I was very pleased with how smoothly the transfers etc was from airport to hotel and hotel to hospital. Our host understood English very well. Ive so far had lots of contact via WhatsApp with Cagri who is keeping me well informed. I feel i can contact someone at any time too which is a comfort.

Almost 3 months after vaser liposuction. Never felt more confident with my body. I love the results though i still haven't added sports to my routine which will improve the results even more. I had an excellent experience from my first contact Ozge, to Berke and Volkan.. so as the dictor and his nurse. Felt i was in good hands and now enjoying the after results very much. Thank you!!!

Very professional an great service

I had my hair transplant done on the 1st of March 2022.The entire service I have received from start till still going on till this day (22 of June 2023) is amazing. Everything was planned perfectly and I was made to feel very welcomed once I arrived.The information and communication was amazing from setting up the flights, to knowing what to eat on the morning of my hair transplant. I would highly recommend using Clinic Center.This has completely changed my life.

BEST CLINIC EVER!!!!! My journey from the start has been amazing from booking my surgery to having the surgery and the after care has been amazing. Always willing to answer questions, help you out with advice and willingness of care. Amazing people, fantastic surgeon Ömer, awesome after care from Cagri and the lovely Idil my dietitian. Would highly recommend this to all my family and friends etc. Spontaneous services, team and doctors. Would definitely book again for any other treatment.

Just got back from a tummy tuck operation in Istanbul turkey. Operation went smooth well organised and looked after, transports to and from the hospital and hotel. Dr Aydin Gozu and his team were brilliant, could not recommend them any higher. Reasonably priced compared to others but not always best to go with the cheapest options. If you’re thinking of any cosmetic operations I would definitely recommend clinic center.

Ceyda, my coordinator (who sorted my hotel, etc) was so accommodating, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The comprehensive pre-operative assessments and post-operative care further demonstrated their commitment to ensuring the best possible outcome and patient satisfaction.I am delighted with my Mini Facelift, Upper Eyelift, and Neck Lift results so far. I have had no trouble or discomfort at all since returning home. I wholeheartedly recommend The Clinic Centre to anyone seeking professional, top-notch cosmetic surgery with outstanding results. Their expertise, dedication, and personalised care truly set them apart.Below is some advice - if you are thinking of getting all of the above surgeries together: - Take someone with you.- Wear your compression bandage for as long as you can. It really does help the swelling go down. - Invest in a high-quality pillow (Elviros Cervical Contour Memory Foam Pillow) as you must sleep on your back with your head elevated. - Rest and stay in the hotel to prevent infections.- Bring books and films to save you from boredom (and 100% get a reliable VPN).- Use an excellent Arnica cream. I bought Medi Tech Arnica Cream while in Turkey (amazing cream).- Have drinks like Huel available for the first few days after surgery - as you can't really chew. - Walk around every hour or two. It really does help with the swelling. - Don't panic about bruising and swelling; it's normal.- Remember that the results may not be immediately excellent, even after the first four weeks.- Take care of your scars when you return home. Buy Thiocilline while in Turkey. - Purchase Aveeno baby shampoos for washing your head/hair after returning home.- Buy Batticon antiseptic lotion and Thiocilline cream for your scars while in Turkey (so cheap). - Ask for Dr Daghan Isik and his amazing team to do your surgery - they were and are fantastic. You won't regret it.

I had 360 Vaser liposuction and a mini tummy tuck with clinic centre. My experience from start to finish was smooth, all communication was good, transfers on time etc. There is a language barrier but I was given a translator at all my appointments and there’s apps you can use easily these days. The hotel staff were all kind and polite, I stayed in the Ramada Hotel, the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I had air con, the wifi is free but not as good as back in the UK so you may need to buy data. I didn’t plan on having a mini tummy tuck, this was discussed in person with my surgeon on the day of my surgery. Bare this in mind as a picture consultation isn’t the same as in person. Treatment may change and so may be the price so prepare for this in advance. The result is much better and the surgeons advice was right, but at the time it was hard as I didn’t mentally prepare for the recovery. But that is nothing to do with the service I had. I I have dropped 2 dress sizes on my waist and I’m only 12 days post op, I can’t wait to see the final result once the swelling has gone down. They email you asking for pictures and check up on you afterwards. I did book an appointment with my local gp for a nurse to check over my scar to ensure I was caring for it properly. Book lymphatic massages in advance for when you get home and I struggled to find someone. Would recommend to friends and family.

As soon as we landed in Instanbul, everything was thoroughly planned out. As we arrived outside, our host was there to take us to our private transfer to the hotel. The hotel was clean and beautiful and the food was excellent. I had Dr. Hakan Gündogan for my breast uplift and augmentation and I couldn’t recommend him enough, he was very understanding with what results I wanted to achieve and what was possible, spoke excellent English and I’m happy with the results 100%! The hospital was very clean with a big room and staff were very friendly and attentive after the surgery and made my time in the hospital as comfortable as possible! All my transfers and hosts were perfectly on time to when my patient coordinator said they would be there for and my patient coordinator Ceyda was very quick with replying to any questions and queries when needed. I would definitely recommend going with Clinic Centre for any procedures and I will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much! :)

Did my research before I went but still was very nervous as you always here certain things when going abroad to have surgery but I have been constantly communicated with before, during and after my surgery to ensure everything is ok, I am very happy with my surgeon mr cagri Sade really knew what he was doing and made me feel so comfortable, so happy I went with this company and with that surgeon and can’t wait to heal fully

From the first point of contact with Ekin I was made to feel totally at ease. I asked numerous questions which were all answered quickly and I was provided with data to back up the responses given in order to make an informed decision regarding the gastric sleeve procedure. My patient coordinator, Alara was always available to support and reassure me both prior to travel and during my stay in Turkey. From arriving at the hospital I was very impressed with both the facilities and staff members. My translator during my stay was Sefa who was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process., although many of the staff spoke some English. The pre operation tests were extremely thorough and the consultation with the surgeon very informative. Dr Omer Gunal saw me everyday during my stay to assess my progress, even over the weekend, something that doesn't happen in many hospitals. Following my return home I was assigned a post operative coordinator, Erdem who is available to address any issues and checks on recovery and wound healing. I also have access to a dietician, Ldil whose advice and support has been invaluable and is helping me to understand the changes within my body and change my relationship with food. The hotel we were provided with as part of the package was also very good and the transfers from the airport, to and from the hospital and the hotel were prompt and very comfortable. I am almost 7 weeks post op now and can honestly say I cannot fault the experience at all and highly recommend the Clinic Centre and it's staff and services. Thank you for changing my life!

Dr Hakan Gundogan at the Clinic Center is honestly so great! I am so happy with the results of breast reduction / uplift surgery. I was so anxious, he made me feel at ease and listened to what I was looking for. Would recommend to anyone. The hotel I stayed at was clean and the staff were really friendly / helpful. My scars are healing well and I am SO happy. Better than I expected. Would recommend the clinic center

A friend recommended the Clinic Centre (Istanbul) to me, after years of researching I decided to bite the bullet. From the very beginning of discussing my procedure, to landing in Istanbul, being picked up at the airport and up to today, they have been extremely helpful and have guided me through any queries I have had. My actual procedure lasted around 6 hours, and I was constantly cared for, given water and food, and the whole experience was a calm, professional environment. Since my return to the UK, I have been designated an aftercare advisor who has been really great. I send updates at agreed times and receive 'does & don'ts' at any given time of my journey but I often message with questions and the response time is excellent. As the final results won't be realised until 6-12 months from now, this gives me peace of mind and information to understand every stage I am at and what to expect moving forward. I would highly recommend the clinic centre and have done so already. I still have a while to fully see the results from my procedure but fully expect the result to be what I hope for.

A couple of months ago, after researching online I booked a hair transplant with Clinic Centre in Turkey. At 1st I had Efe helping me with my booking arrangements, transport and general welfare and needs whilst I was in Turkey. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Efe who did everything that was required to ensure my trip was hassle free and that I had everything ready for me. All the transport, clinic appointments and arrangements were all as they should be and all on time. Efe also helped me a few other things whilst I was there as well as a baggage issue at the airport which I am grateful for. At the actual clinic everything went as I had hoped. The consultant completing the procedure looked after all my needs and welfare. The clinic was 5 star, very clean and very professional. The aftercare and advice I received the following day was also excellent. Once my treatment was completed and I was ready to leave the consultant looking after my post-operation aftercare is Idil. Idil has given me all the support, information and guidance that I could possibly ask for. I was given a thorough list of things I must and must not do to ensure a successful healing process is completed. I was given numerous video to show me ways to wash my hair and how to remove any excess scabs when the time came to remove these. I have also asked numerous questions over this last week and have received the required answer in very good time. I have also been asked to forward photos of my head for a review to ensure that it is healing well. This process is still continuing with Idil.I only have positive things to say about my treatment at the Clinic Centre. Everything from the actual treatment itself in the hospital and the staff working there to my 2 different consultants, Efe and Idil, has been 5 star. I cannot thank them all enough. Highly recommended.

I had a mommy makeover with this company. The whole experience ran smoothly from the day I first messaged them up until the present time when I have just had my 6 month check up. They talked me through the entire process before I arrived so I knew what to expect. Before the surgery I met with my surgeon and his colleagues who were so lovely and made me feel at ease. The hotel was wonderful, transport always turned up on time to take me back and fore to appointments and all the staff were really helpful. My surgery went well and any questions I had for them post op were responded to straight away. The results are amazing and have been life changing for me. They are still in contact and regularly checking my results. Would highly recommend them. The entire process has run smoothly and I couldn’t be more happier.

The experience was overall very positive. We had a small issue with the hotel the night we arrived but it was resolved ASAP. The coordinator and all the hosts that guided me through the process were fabulous. Everyone was gentle, kind and helpful from the initial contact till the post-op care.

Clinic centre have been amazing from start to finish and they provide a top level of service. They answered many of my questions very promptly and efficiently. Even when my treatments plans had to change they were very thorough and the prices are very fair. I would highly recommend Clinic Centre. I had dental and breast augmentation with them and both treatments were 10/10.

Transfer and admin people are great. Lack of communication whilst in hospital was quite traumatising. I paid for 4 areas of lipo and didn’t get what I asked for. Hips being my main issue, were not done, nothing could be discussed as was put on the bed and wheeled down with people not understanding me when they’re asking 3 areas pointing 3 in my face I’m saying no no look on the board said my name and 3 areas, next minute I’m under with the anaesthesia. Afterwards, despite many requests for an explanation I received nothing. Procedure itself was fine, painful of course and scary when you come around shaking and no one is speaking English to you, amazing nurses at the hospital, good aftercare check-ins just no response to my issues regarding my hips which is a real shame as everything else was great!
