    We stayed one night as a family of three! Great location price was ok, the staff was extremely helpful and very polite!! We recommend the hotel short or long stay , the bathrooms need just a bit renovation but overall was ok!

  • Superior room looks like a basement room

    Superior room booked Room was poor cleaned. Bathtub was very bad and had a lot of stains and also molt. Room was very dark with only a few tiny windows (room 328) Staff is kind and brrakfast was good.

    The reception were really nice people andnwere really responsice and helpful, the rooms were clean and everything was good compared to the price. It also has a good acxessibility to everything since its in the city center

  • Everything was good

    Everything was good, from the service at the lobby to the upkeep and cleanness of the rooms and a good breakfast. Because we left early we even got a breakfast in a bag which was as good as the buffet

    It was a very good experience! We will definitely recommend this place for others. We went to the Tongue Tie Clinic, which is 5 minutes away from the hotel, so it was perfect. Great parking just meant.

  • Nice hotel.

    Good hotel, very nice sauna area. Always coffee and tea available. Rooms a bit small. The breakfast is ok. Very good restaurants close to the hotel. The staff was friendly. Close to the center of the city.

    We chose the City Hotel purely on it's location , having visited Groningen previously. We found a well appointed, clean and tidy Hotel with Attentive Staff, and a high quality and varied Breakfast Menu .

    The hotel is well located in the center of the city. The room is smaller than on the website and the view is not good (not a lot of light, view on a wall). Matrass and pillow are good. Everything is clean.

    The hotel is very convenient: rooms, service, location (you can arrived walking from Central Groningen station) and price. I like the bicycle rental service, the coffee and tea free bar and staff attention.
