Broken glass
I would gladly give this the whole 5 stars but it came with a broken glass, and no way to contact the seller. I dont think they had anything to do with it, but I would have liked to msg them and let them know. Other than that I love the set.

Beautiful set!
Beautiful set. The first one I ordered came with lots of broken glass. A quick conversation with Amazon customer service and a new one was sent out the same day, and I received the new one the very next day. The crystal pen works amazing, it writes very smooth. The nib selection is great. Will work perfectly for my Journaling. ❤️ 10/10 recommend.

Inks themselves are fantastic; containers & shipping process need work
First thing I saw was one of the ink vials broken, and all the ink had spilled out. I'm not the first person this has happened to, yet the box it comes in appears to stay the same. Not only that: it's not an item you receive any kind of reimbursement for when something is defective. The options are to return it for money back/Amazon credit, or send it back and receive a replacement. Seeing as how there are some items of clothing you can keep even if they are just the wrong size, I feel like there should be some sort of reimbursement for damaged goods, especially when it's not user error.
Aside from that: this may just be me, but the pen doesn't write as smoothly as I'd hope for - it feels somewhat scratchy going across the page. I also had the same problem most others had with the lids: the screw-on cap is separate from the stopper, so pulling out the latter results in getting ink on my fingers. I'd imagine that can be remedied with some super glue, but the design there could use some reevaluating.
I will say that the dip calligraphy pen has its upsides, like not having to change out the ink well within the pen, but personally I thought the annoyances and frustrations outweighed the pros. (Though the scratchiness is completely a personal non-preference.)

Came broken
Shattered glass all in the box. Seems like it was just the water glass that broke, but there were glass shards all over the place. Everything else seems fine

Rinse cup broken on arrival
Arrived mostly intact. The rinse cup is very thin glass and was broken on arrival. The ink doesn't look like it leaked though and I believe the nibs are ok.

Bad idea
This set came with a glass handle . For some reason the small glass tip jar was aligned with the glass handle. Through rough handling somewhere the handle slammed into the jar and shattered it. Better securing of the handle and a different placement of the jar should keep that from happening again. Otherwise beautiful set and an easy return.

Nice set bad packaging
Received the kit the glass cup was shattered and one bottle was broken (black) and leaked hoping to get a he 2or at least the ink replaced it is a nice set everything else’s is great.tips chance easily and flow great only had that one issue

Pen is beautiful but acrylic. The ink colors arent labeled.

Easy to use.
I spent a few hours writing with this set and it did a great job for me. I am using it to write short stories and also for lettering leather products that I make. Multiple uses with some practice.

Nice little set.
I was kind of concerned since it’s glass but every th omg came to me in one piece and it’s pretty easy to use the only thing I would change is labeling the bottles to say which color is which since they’re all so dark I didn’t know which color was which until I opened them and dipped the pen, other than that though I’m satisfied with this purchase.
