    Honestly, wish I had this when I was a youth athlete. I did not have these skills and not all of them came naturally. I wish I had more people in my corner like this book is for so many athletes today.

  • Great application for your young athlete

    Great insights and my son and I were able to follow along together to implement helpful things for his game. My son plays quarterback and plays baseball so winning the mental game is definitely a huge factor for him. This book has helped him do that!

    I listed to both the parents guide and the kids. The information is not insightful nor unique. What could be summed up in two pages is spread over many hours. Most of those hours are self promotion for other products and services.

  • A good book for young athletes

    I like this book a lot. The parent and child one align. My son and I are reading it together. A lot of relatable things for my son. And easy enough for him to understand. They reference athletes that he knows too which helps.
