Fantastisch
Restaurant was helemaal top! Heerlijk eten met dito wijn en super bediening door Lies en co. Alles klopte gewoon tot in de puntjes, zelfs onze hond werd als een princess behandeld op het terras. Wij komen zeker snel terug! Jolanda, Nadine en Summer

Hotel was aardig. Kamer klein, veel stof en heel klein bed. Terwijl in de Booking.com en groot 2 persoons bed staat
Hotel is aardig. Kamer klein en stoffig. Bed erg klein voor een Booking: “groot 2 persoons bed“. Wc een glazen deur, weinig privacy. Handdoeken hard, mag best wat was verzachter bij. Gaten in plafond waarschijnlijk voor weggehaalde lampen. Airco/verwarming boven het bed wat over je heen blaast😏

Leuke details in boutique hotel
Onlangs hier overnacht voor het werk. Leuk boutique hotel, gebouwd op de oude stadsmuur, details terug te vinden in de kamer. Hotel ligt aan de merwede op loopafstand van het oude stadscentrum van Gorinchem. Parkeren kan vlakbij, is echter pas na 20.00 gratis.

Hier net na de opening in 2019 al eens geslapen, fijn om te zien dat de kwaliteit in de loop der jaren niet is veranderd. Wederom goed geslapen in dit toch wel bijzondere pand op de oude stadsmuur. Bedden zijn niet te hard en niet te zacht, fijne badkamer ook. Kom er graag weer.

Puur genieten!
Met mijn zoontje en ouders een paar dagen in dit bijzondere hotel verbleven. Gorinchem is een bruisende plaats met veel leuke winkels en horeca gelegenheden. Ook de omgeving is zeer gevarieerd en bijzonder. Het hotel was echt fantastisch: zeer vriendelijke mensen, mooie kamers en absolute toplocatie. Echte aanrader!!

Stoute Karel is echt een prachtige zaak. Wij mochten aan de bar plaats nemen. Vriendelijk personeel. Daar is niets op aan te merken. Wij kregen een mooi kijkje in de keuken. Als je dan een open keuken hebt, zorg dan ook dat er pannen op het vuur staan. Helaas zagen we alleen voorbereide gerechten in de oven gaan. Daar moet beter over nagedacht worden. Een gerecht van sardines met stokbrood werd geserveerd met blik en al. Zonder enige uitleg. Een gemiste kans, echt zonde. Het gerechtje koste wel €10. De wijn was lekker.... maar €8.00 voor een glas?....een kaasplankje voor €15.00? En dat voor Gorinchem? Ik vraag het me af.... succes!

Mooie plek met prachtig uitzicht
Koffie gedronken bij restaurant, prima koffie, goed personeel, prachtige locatie met zicht op rivier de merwede. Mooi warm gezellig ingericht. Kaart bekeken en gaan zeker een keer eten, bijzondere kaart.

Gezellig en vriendelijk
Een klant verbleef in dit hotel voor een zakenreis en hij vond het geweldig. Toen ik mijn gast kwam ophalen, gaven ze me wat koffie tijdens het wachten. Ik was verrast door de vriendelijkheid. Hotel ziet er geweldig uit, personeel was vriendelijk en koffie was geweldig; ) , bedankt!
