It's for girls between the ages of 11-16 to encourage and support through group and individual mindset coaching. My daughter is part of this program and it has completely changed her mindset. She's happier and more involved than ever. Highly recommend this company.

      I ordered this for my non-neurotypical teenage son. It has some great information in it that he can refer to when he’s unsure. I was just disappointed with the stuff stuck to the front of the book. It was really stuck on there and it would’ve made it worse trying to pick it off. Other than that it was in new condition.

      This is an awesome book for teens. My son is 13. He doesn't listen to what my husband and I try to teach him about life. Can I tell you majority of the things we discuss with him were in this book. He literally side eyes us when it was time for him to tell us about what he read. For each chapter he is to come in a give us a summary. This book was awesome, definitely recommended.

      I had high hopes for this book based on the description and high rated reviews. It's a very basic and small book with information written and presented in a very simplistic and child-like format much more suited to the 10 to 13 years range. I give it 3 stars for that age group. It was supposed to be a gift for a high schooler and I can already picture the eye-rolls. Returning.
