Been staying here every fortnight for my meetings in London, first the voluptuous lady with braces refuses to sit me in an empty area, saying only reserved for tables of 4 when I always sit there with my colleagues, then refused me a latte saying it’s not part of the breakfast service, I am a Hilton diamond member and have been having the same breakfast here as far as I can remember now they say it’s not something they offer later came back with an excuse saying steamers broken. If anything I want a refund for my unpleasant stay, why should I pay £720 a night to be treated like I’m staying in an ibis budget
I want to thank Mavisha for being so nice and making my stay so wonderful at Biltmore! She was very cooperative & supportive in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay and had the best time in Biltmore, London! Thanks Mavisha for everything! Looking forward to coming back again soon
Dear reader, If I/we could only find the 11 Star Rating for the Biltmore in London!! We have travelled around the world and stayed at many of the 5-6 star hotels but The Biltmore in London just topped it. From the moment we walked in being greeted by staff like we were coming home from a long trip until we left to go to the airport at 430AM this morning, the gentle, kind & warm treatment we received was outstanding. There were many little highlights & details to point out throughout our stay, but you will never not get done reading this review in under an hour. I will spare you this and just focus on two…you are welcome. 1. The complete dedication, knowledge, friendliness & attitude to serve the guests was clearly priority Number 1 - and it showed! The front of House…
We spent 4 nights at the Biltmore last week in the king family suite. From arrival to departure, we had a great experience with exceptional service. We were greeted promptly, the front desk was efficient and friendly and the rest of the staff was very attentive as well--notably the breakfast team. Loved the quiet location near Hyde Park and in such a beautiful neighborhood.
If you are going to tour downtown London, I recommend staying at the Biltmore Mayfair. The Hotel is located in the heart of London with all the amazing sights in walking distance. But I must give a shout out to the doorman Peter. He was a true professional/gentleman. Peter had some great tips on restaurants and where to go. Thank you Peter, we will be back! Tim & Susan Spellman
Gorgeous hotel! We loved our stay. We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children aged 10 and under. We had 1 family suite (one king bed and 2 single beds, plus a separate small living room, bath and shower) then another king suite again a large room with a separate living area and a separate storage room for luggage. All staff were extremely polite and helpful, from the doorman to the front desk and turn down. Rarely do I leave a hotel with no gripes but this hotel was just what we needed, space, clean and a nice location only 10 minutes from all the shops. I look forward to returning to this hotel.
I wanted to try somewhere new and decided to have dinner at 88 Grill at The Biltmore! We were attended to by Pavlos and I must say it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. His recommendations were spot on and overall service was too class! We’ll definitely be going back soon.
The hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly at checkin, restaurant and bar. Disappointment with a few payment/charges issues, which has been dealt with via email. The email response time and tone tainted the overall experience and perhaps reluctance to return.
The room was updated, clean and very spacious. The bedding was comfortable and bathroom amenities were plentiful. The staff was more then accommodating and hospitable. The breakfast was amazing. They had buffet and/or you could order what ever you desire. The room was cleaned twice a day and every evening the bed was turned down, water was placed at the bed side with a fresh glass. Service was amazing!
We stayed at the Biltmore while in London. From the minute we walked in to the time we walked out it was a wonderful experience. The room was spectacular a one bedroom suite with a view of Grosvenor Square and the team there were amazing and detailed in their approach to service. We had a few drinks in the Pine Bar and the bar team were welcoming, knowledgable and funny. All the team there excelled in service from front desk to the door crew. We would stay there again for sure and we will be back. A very well run hotel.
