  • Nice place

    Back to Vietnam after many years, this hotel made me feel home with good services. Hoi An changed a lot with different restaurants and different tailor shops. The staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Very love this hotel. Everything was so perfect to enjoy. Definitely be back!

    Close to Hoi An Old Town We had a great time thanks to the clean accommodation and friendly staff. Nice pool sky pool Free shuttle to An Bang Beach and free bikes Soundproofing could be better. We made beautiful memories in Hoi An. Would love to come again next time.

  • Very memorable, relax & chill..

    Enjoy our short break, celebrating my wife birthday & our anniversary.. Location was great, closed to the ‘Old Town’. Many eateries… best to see the old town via a bicycle (provided free from hotel). Room was clean & we had a nice view facing the river.. Staff (Manager Hang, reception/counter staff, housekeeping & also the wellness staff) were really great making our stay memorable.. Thank you..

    Everything about Bel Marina was phenomenal. The greetings and customer service we received were excellent. All of the staff are warm and friendly. Big shout out to our Concierge Lily who went above and beyond for us, the bartender Mang (apologies if spelt incorrectly), the restaurant server Cham and the pm lifeguard who's name I forgot. Location is fantastic, views fantastic, room brilliant. Room service and housekeeping was awesome! My only suggestion would be that children are NOT allowed to sit at, play around, jump around the bar area. Numerous times the poor bar tenders were splashed and had to ask children to stop messing around as there are sharp objects, glass, electrical equipment all at the swim-up bar. They were also blocking the way and taking seats from adults…

  • Perfect for rest and relaxation.

    We had one week in Bel Marina after a very busy time in Europe.It was everything we were wanting to rest and relax.Beautiful quiet room,lovely view,great pools especially the rooftop pool at sunset.The staff were outstanding making you feel like family.The general manager even greeted us on arrival and was often seen around the resort,saying hi..The wellness spa treatments were absolutely blissful ,again the staff amazing.There was a great little duo playing every night,which topped off our days.

  • Bel Marina is a top hotel that, stands out among the rest

    This would have to be one of the best situated hotels in Hoi An. Not only is it within meters of the old town, it’s facilities are impressive, which includes a large pool with a swim up bar.a buffet breakfast free shuttle bus to An Bang beach all makes it a very attractive option. The accommodation is first class.the staff very professional and pleasant. Liz at reception was always courteous friendly and helpful I couldn’t ask for more.

    Room is very nice and cozy. Thanks receptionist for upgrading our room to Suite room. Swimming pool is pretty nice and lovely. In the afternoon, there are music band to enjoy. Staff are so helpful, friendly and attentive to take care of us. Will come back!

  • Cozy hotel and very good service

    Me and my wife were impressed by staff. They were so cute and helpful. Swimming pool was nice with beautiful sunset view. Breakfast is quite good. Tour at hotel was also amazing with professional tour guide. Highly recommended to anyone

    Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautifully appointed modern rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Everything was very clean and modern. Staff were lovely. Spa is beautiful. We had a great stay here.

  • Review of Bel Marina Hotel Hoi An

    My family and I from Ireland stayed in the Bel Marina Hoi An hotel for 2 weeks in early July 2023 and then had a separate stay a few weeks later during August 2023 for 1 week. We absolutely loved both of our stays in this lovely hotel and its very family friendly. The breakfast options are very good and the kids looked forward to it every morning. The pool area on the rooftop and then the main one near reception are Excellent and specious and the bar in the pool was definitely a highlight. The happy hour every day was a hit with all of the guests. I can’t comment on the dinner options in the hotel as we ate dinner elsewhere in Hoi An each evening.
