Beautiful peaceful hotel with amazing quick paced staff , I enjoyed the spa facilities there was so much variety but next time I will definitely get a massage. At the side of the hotel there’s a peaceful river where you can sit honestly beautiful will definitely return again.

  • Poor air quality

    Poor air quality in rooms blighted what’s was a good stay at this hotel. The ventilation was poor and I suffered badly with dust rising from dusk and through the night. However the bed was extremely comfortable supporting my lower back problem.

  • Great room, great breakfast

    This hotel was in a handy location for me, a quick uber ride from the centre and right on the Amstel. Good service, good room, breakfast buffet was excellent. It is quiet. Public transport a walk away, but users are always nearby.

    Loved everything about this hotel! Will highly recommend to friends and family and would return in a heartbeat. It’s definitely been one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in 😍 Abu Bakr and Mustafa were so warm and welcoming and also the girls who checked us in and out

  • what we promise you.....and what you get

    the photos are beautiful and the promises are attractive once there, the services are more those of a 3 star hotel than top of the range the room is empty of everything that makes a high-end hotel, no bathrobe no slippers nothing to accompany the coffee everything is paid

  • Excellent service and facilities

    Best Breakfast at any Hotel I've experienced and Staff always seemed to go the extra mile. We had room on the 15th Floor with Wide window, and it was great view. Metro nearby for quick travel into City center.

    Excellent hotel and facilities and will definitely be back for a second trip!! Modern hotel and breakfast was first class with several varieties across the spectrum well situated walking distance to train station and RAI

  • Excellent place to stay for leisure and business.

    Excellent experience, impeccable service, and beautiful views of the river from my room. And very friendly, polite, and helpful staff. The hotel is close to the metro station and the RAI convention center.

  • Everything you need!

    Though this hotel is outside of the city, it has everything you need: proximity to the metro, a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, chic designs, a bar and so much more. It was such a cute and peaceful experience lodging here. I would recommend this hotel ten times over.

    Beautiful view, great location 5 minutes of the metro station and 5 stops to central station Clean big rooms lovely staff and the area is quiet Room service was very good as well. I will definitely stay again

  • Amazing hotel

    Hotel is perfect for a stay in Amsterdam. Not dead central so quiet but so easily and quickly accessed. Spa is phenomenal! We had a family room and it was spacious and comfortable. Little touches like water in the fridge are lovely
