Have been trading with Ava for quite a long time and have got really great technical and customer support from the Sri Lankan CMR team. Their consistency is very good.

Disgusting! On May 1, 2023, my accounts were blocked and only part of the funds that I had deposited since April 19, 2023 were withdrawn.On April 19, 2023, I topped up my account number 6036297 in the amount of $5,000 from my card.On April 20, 2023, I replenish my account with another $4,400 from the same card.On 04/25/2023, I replenish the same account in the amount of $1,540 from my PerfectMoney wallet.Then I trade, open deals, and the amount of 15801.73 dollars is formed on my account.Further: my account is blocked and the amount of 7530 dollars is returned to my card (I remind you that 9400 dollars were entered through the card). It turns out that almost two thousand AvaTrade dollars were not withdrawn to my card and appropriated to myself.Moreover, not a single cent came to my PerfectMoney wallet either.It turns out that in total, AvaTrade illegally debited $3,410 from my account.I understand that they canceled the last trades and profits on them, but then they should have canceled the payment of commission on these transactions. Accordingly, when blocking my personal account and accounts, AvaTrade had to withdraw to me all the money that was in the account before the transactions, that is, 10940 dollars.AvaTrade, where is my money???!!! I demand that you refund me the amount of replenishment in the amount of 10940 dollars, of which you returned only 7530 dollars to the card. That is, you are obliged to return another 3410 dollars to me (1540 - to PerfectMoney and 1870 - to a bank card).Otherwise, this is outright theft on your part !!!!!!!If you return the money to me, I will immediately write here about it.UPD: Already on May 4, and so far no one has answered me anything and has not explained the situation with the loss of my money. In this letter, they say that the time for processing my complaint has been extended (the reason is not explained). Here's what they write about timing:"We will provide you with a regular written update on the progress of the investigation of the complaint at intervals of not greater than 20 business days; • We will attempt to investigate and resolve the complaint within 40 business days of having received the complaint; • Where the 40 business days have elapsed and the complaint is not resolved, we will inform you of the anticipated timeframe within which we hope to resolve the complaint. complaint, of the outcome of the investigation"In general, they delay the solution of the issue as much as they can. They are already talking about 40 days. The company is strange and dangerous. Stay tuned for this post and I'll keep you posted!I can also send screenshots confirming AvaTrade fraud.

Pathetic service ever.after creating an account , they called me immediately twice with different numbers...i uploaded my details and immediately after uploading my real documents, my account was no more, i couldn't login in and i suspected they had either deleted or blocked it... i tried reaching them several times using the same same number they called me with on whatsapp with no success, typed many messages/chats viewed-read and blueticked with no response completely went to the chat on website and i was just told my documents looks forged they cannot operate with me...and to be sincere am from Kenya and I uploaded my real Kenyan Documents.. that is my Identification card and Bank statement before uploading bank statement, i had already uploaded my tax certificate which was rejected. i tried to find out why they say they are forged, they just told me they can not operate with me and that was finali told them to video call so that i can show them the same documents i uploaded on hard copy through video call, but the answer was just "we can not operate with you"on whatsapp they read my chats and ignore that's so disrespectful to a customer.but all in all it's okay

The customer care is terrible, 1 week after account registration and 3 days after depositing R 6000 I can't get access to my account, for several attempts my credentials have been rejected, until I receive an error ("The credentials used are incorrect for several attempts, the user is locked. Please reset the password or contact our customer support for help ") I attempt to reset my password by entering my email address and I receive another error "Incorrect email address". So I contact customer support and I speak to 3 different agents who send links and advise me to do a variety of unhelpful things like clearing my cache, using different web browsers (chrome and Firefox) , switching to incognito mode and turning of ad blockers etc. All of which I did along with screenshots of the errors, one agent in particular told they can't see anywhere where I'm trying to reset my password after sending a clear as day screenshot of my email address being rejected. I even proposed the solution of resetting my password and they ignore me. After opening my third ticket these Andry P fellow (if that's his real name) insists I do the exact same thing he said I should do in the initial email. Hours later and 3 devices later I can't access my avatrade account through any platform. Now I have to fill out formal complaint forms just to log into my account and trade, even worse I might have to file a complaint with the FAIS because these is either the worst service and incompetence ever or their unscrupulous.

Firstly they call you lost of times from different numbers the the day you create account and deposit money just to introduce themselves but then later on if you need any support they just reply sending you links with videos that are helpless or they don't reply at all. Then it's very easy to deposit money but when you try to withdraw even though you use the same method it takes multiple days. I then copied their top trader that had 2700% winning percentage and that had according to them low risk and after being away a couple days when I logged in and I had 97% loss ratio. To me it all seems a great scam.
The platform speaks volume, along side the educational tutorials to enable traders, it's promising.
