Just seemed to upscale my energy and focus. I have reordered 2x
Can't wait to try these to see how they work. I'm excited to trysomething new
Have been taking this for about 3 weeks and I have actually seen some noticeable effects. I usually get really bad socially anxiety but this has helped big time as now I am more relaxed and less worried. It has also helped in the gym as I noticed I am slightly stronger and put up weight more easily. I only take one pill a day in the morning since 3,000mg is well above the recommended dose per day. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
This made my anxiety worse. I had jitters and was more on edge.
I like this product. It's easy to swallow, no bitter taste and helps me rest.
I bought this on a recommendation, but found their performance to be underwhelming. Donβt waste your money.
I started taking this in the hopes that it would reduce cortisol and stress. First time I took it in the morning and could barely stay awake at work. I switched to nighttime, 2 capsules before bed with magnesium. It sounds trite, but I wake up refreshed now. Gone is the fight to get out of bed and the fight towards wakefulness.
It really work and gave me so relaxed my crazy work days are very manageable
Takes the edge off stress and acts as athletic performance booster. Gives me more patience and allows me to think before I speak. Highly recommended.
It is a good product.
Iβve had this product for months now but I didnβt try them because of all the comments I read of people saying they felt depressed after taking these.
I was diagnosed with severe anxiety last year and since have trouble falling asleep. I recently regressed on my sleep progress and felt so frustrated and discouraged. I decide to finally give these a try.
I took these alongside with magnesium citrate an hour before going to bed. Let me first say that when I go to bed I get a huge adrenaline rush because Iβm afraid of not being able to sleep. When I went to bed I expected to feel that rush but I felt nothing just pure comfort, I also heard my phone vibrate a lot and that gives me a rush of adrenaline as well along with any other noise I hear while Iβm trying to sleep. It was as if my adrenal glands had been turned off! π€―
I slept through the night without waking up I slept a total of 10 hours, I felt really sleepy when I first woke up but once I got up it went away.
Iβm so happy for giving these a try, Iβll continue to use these and give an update if anything changes. :)
Good
Iβve had success with this particular brand. Smooths me out and really helps with my aggravation level.
Good
I take mine everyday and it definitely helps with my anxiety and stress levels
I bought this hoping part of it would be true and work for me. Can tell no difference after taking it for 2 weeks. Don't waste ur money
There has been some confusion with the 3000mg claim.
And people have rightfully pointed out it doesnβt weigh 3000mg.
However this is in equivalent extract terms, not in actual weight.
If you consumer 3000mg of the original plant you will get the same effect as two of the capsules, because these are 20:1 extracts
To give an example: you use a few drops of coffee extract to make a cup of coffee. If you just swallow those few drops, you get the equivalent of a cup of coffee, so in essence you can state βserving size 3 drops = 1 cupβ.
Hope this helps and spells away the confusion some people legitimately have.
No dislike
I was surprised to see an amount of 3000 mg in each capsules??? The one I have now has 500 so of course one would assume I would need one of the 3000 but that is untrue. It takes 6000 with product so my take is someone doesnβt know how to label their product or there is a wide variety of ashwagundah
I changed from another brand because this brand had better reviews and more 4-5 stars. Unfortunately it had the opposite affect and has triggered meltdowns and crankiness in my teen. He has an episodes shortly after taking this brand. Iβll hang on to them for me but will have to order our regular brand.
Best tasting I've tried.
Didnt make any difference to my sleep and calmness.
Check with drug interactions!
I LOVE these. Theyβve helped with SO much.
Took for a month an stopped after my fertility specialist said not to use these!
No major positives or negatives. Easy to swallow. Has a bit of a smell but wasnβt too terrible.
Ashwagandha has improved my cognitive ability. I recommend this product if you have any memory problems.
Just started taking this. Seems to do what it says.
Muy buen producto
it works too well, i want it all to myself.
