Affordable Laptop with Smooth Performance and Some Issues

I didn’t expect too much given the price, but I’m pretty happy with it. Mouse pad doesn’t work but I just bought a mouse and use that.

This is a very easy to understand computer even for a non computer person like me. It seems to be a very good computer for the price. I'm just a casual user but it pretty much guides you thru everything. I love it

I bought this for college, I thought between the storage, ram and processors, it should do just fine for school work. I do not game or have any large downloads. This computer does not even work with Microsoft Word. Any time I open any Word document, the screen glitches through the bottom half, and eventually the screen goes black.

Anyone who is in college knows Microsoft programs are a requirement, and this computer cannot even support that. I will be returning.

Had to return because it was defective, top row of "F" keys don't work and the built-in mouse pad would scroll but won't click.
Built-in speakers are poor can barely hear them and they sound tinny. The FHD screen is probably the best feature it does look nice..
I will never buy anything like this again from Amazon because of the ridiculous amount of time it takes them to process a return..

I ordered this laptop with the intent of retiring my current one. It seemed a really good deal. However, it was very slow, it could not handle Windows Hello. In general, it did not work as well as my 10 year old Dell.

Very frustrated I have to purchase more electronics to use this computer. The picture shows this computer has a normal HDMI port but it does not! It has an HDMI mini port. If you need an hdmi port you will have to purchase a converter.

I bought this computer a couple months ago , the return policy is only 30 days so i cant return it . dont buy this computer it does not have any name brand . you will waste your money on this .

Just got it in Service yesterday. Seems like a really nice machine for the money. It is fast and has a great picture.

The computer overall is nice. It's pretty easy to use if you're familiar with Microsoft. However, when I'm typing, every 3rd or so letter is missing. So my wpm has dropped substantially because I have to keep going back and adding the letters that it's skipped. It's really annoying and there seems to be nowhere to adjust the settings for it.

We bought this laptop for our daughter starting high school. It works great. The touch pad is a bit sensitive, at times, even on the least sensitive setting. It sometimes thinks you are clicking on it when you are just trying to scroll. Other than that, great laptop, fast, does everything she needs for school and home fun.

Is use this for my masters program and have had 0 issues.

I don’t game or run anything except research for papers and use YouTube for music. I don’t not need it for anything outside of basic school work so I can not attest to anything else.

Very impressive value for the price.

So far, im liking the laptop. Pros I see are smoothness when playing games, hd graphics, wide screen display, slim keyboard. Cons: certain keys do not work such as the volume buttons at the top, and the number keys to the far right. I believe they are there just for looks. But the overall performance is good!

Very nice laptop for the price. Although it’s a generic brand, the specs on this laptop are much nicer than most laptops worth more! The only problem I have with the laptop is, the Wi-Fi network band is very weak and lacks to grab more than 100mbps max. Even with an usb-Ethernet adapter it’s capped at 100mbps!

I purchased this when my older computer started to make some odd noises in the fan department. I got it today, and I was kinda impressed when I opened it up. it looked nice, but thats as far as my praise got. the material feels cheap, like it won't last very long. Not only that, but the power cord is far to short for what I need it for. you can plug it up into the wall and not go much further then maybe 3 feet before you meet the limitations. there was also the worst issue in that I tested the specs and wanted to see how the upload and download speeds where like. absolutely abysmal. I have never had anything download a game so slowly nor have I never had to wait such a long time to watch a 30 second video. Needless to say, I will be returning it and will not be taking my chances with a no name brand computer ever again.

Bought this and, honestly, didn't expect much for the price. Nevertheless, I found that it's a fast, useful laptop that's as good or better than the HP I'm writing this on (which has better specs but less performance). Using it to transfer VHS tapes to the hard drive and then onto USBs to send to family. This laptop has shown itself to be more than equal to the job. While there was a problem with the power cord after a couple months, it was replaced and now works as well as before. Highly recommend for a student or just as a way to web surf or email or whatever.

Bought this item twice and neither time could i get it to work. Got as far as the connect with internet page and it froze. Could not get to page where you enter internet router password. Tried working with mfg. cust. svce and Amazon to no avail. Sent it back. Possibly could have gotten it to work had I been able to reach English-speaking help. I consider myself to have higher than average computer literacy, but this was beyond me.

Everything I've asked it to do it has done! And I got it on sale!

Junk and Returning it is a hassle. Don't go down this path and spend your money on something better.

Seems like a decent laptop, except when I received it the charger did not work. At all. That's kind of a big deal
