Art Hotel Rotterdam offers great views over the city and harbours, with modern and large rooms. The staff is attentive and helpful. The location is convenient, close to the Centre and the harbor. However, some guests experienced issues with cleanliness and noise. The hotel also had problems with bed bugs in some rooms. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel is affordable and has a nice restaurant and bar.

    Stayed in Art Hotel Rotterdam on a business trip. Great location, Very friendly staff and very comfortable room. Location - 9/10 Reception - 10/10 Check in - 10/10 Room - 10/10 (Well noise isolated room. I was afraid I would be kept awake by the metro and the traffic! ) Check out - 10/10 Recommend - Yes Return - Yes

  • Very pleasant stay

    Very comfortable hotel, great location close to the Centre and with a wonderful view on the harbor. We loved the restaurant ! Only a small criticism in respect of the staff at the reception desk, who looked a bit in a hurry and not too friendly.

  • Amazing

    Lovely hotel, staff kind and helpful! Easy to find near the metro or with Uber. The room was clean and bigger with big bathroom too. Mine room was at 8th floor and the viewing was amazing! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but nothing that we cannot fixed with delivery form another place! I really recommend it

  • Enjoyed our stay

    We stayed 2 nights. The hotel and the staff are lovely. It was clean and comfortable. Personally I didn’t like the area it’s in but that’s not the hotels fault. There is a Metro station on the opposite side of the road. Breakfast is available at extra cost of 12.50 euro but it’s an all you can eat buffet.

  • Overpriced, with very limited facilities

    More like a 2 two hotel than four. Lobby / restaurant area is being renovated so a large area appears to be behind temporary chip board walls. The ambience is closer to a motorised service station than a four star hotel. I would not return to this hotel. Also, very expensive for what it is.

  • Decent hotel in industrial-feeling neighbourhood

    Nice modern hotel with well appointed rooms. We had a triple room and daughter was thrilled to have her own mini room. Acoustics not so great - sound carried from the hallways. Staff were friendly and there is a resto on site serving all you can eat bfast at a reasonable price.

  • Magnificent views

    Our suite was located on the 12th floor and the views over the city of Rotterdam and some of its harbours were great! The room we had was modern and large, dinner and breakfast were more than decent, and the staff at the reception were attentive and helpful.

    It was a delightful stay. Art Hotel Rotterdam is very nicely located and very affordable for such a quality and efficient service. It's definitely a hotel to frequent for your stays in Rotterdam. I'd also like to thank Ms. Ayşe and Simona in the restaurant for their warm & hands on service, was very impressed. Thank you, Güney

  • Greedy!

    Booked Art Hotel for event in May. My original booking was ÂŁ600 for double room for 9 days. In meantime prices of other hotels went up so they have cancelled my booking blaming on invalid card and listed room back for ÂŁ4000 .... they did the same to at lest 5 other people with reservation for the event!

  • Perfect stay for two nights.

    Beautiful artsy hotel and excellent value for money. Rooms are on the smaller side but cosy. Beautiful lounge downstairs and the restaurant will serve coffee/drinks there. The staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant downstairs is very good. Could not have hoped for a better hotel for what we paid.
