    I was one of the lucky ones to have had the opportunity to travel through trnaformational healing for one year with Kirstin and Anthony but my journey is not over.   • ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! A must read for anyone suffering with autoimmune disease or chronic illness.

    This beautifully written book explains in detail how our bodies have the ability to completely heal by encompassing the body, mind and soul as a whole. It helps you understand how our environment, food, stress and trauma effects our physical well being and when addressed, true lifelong healing can be achieved holistically. Thank you to the authors, Kirstin Carey and Anthony DiNoble, for sharing your personal journeys of healing, stepping off the traditional medicine hamster wheel and stepping into renewed healing!

  • BOOM!!! A book that empowers, educates and is full of practical tools!!!

    LOVE this book!!! It's been easy to read... I couldn't stop once I started. It's full of the knowledge I’ve been waiting for!! It has real life results, science backed tools and such usable methods I can really see how to transform my health. I feel like I can take my health back into my own hands versus getting batted around in the health care system. I’ve struggled with excess weight, hormones and food sensitivities most of my life and have become resigned I’d ever feel “normal” again. This book gives me hope!

    Authors Kirstin Carey and Anthony DiNoble have done a terrific job of putting years of work, experience, results, education, science, and nutrition in this book. Along with inner emotional and spiritual healing - or what they call soul work. It’s the holistic approach I prefer, seek out and is hard to find - at least one that is applicable and gets results. I need something simple that I can implement into my hectic, busy lifestyle.

    I buy every guru’s books, diets, methods and most are just too involved, complicated or not sustainable. I feel like Transformational Healing is like that best friend I can have in my back pocket and take every where and do everything with! It’s easy to understand, read and full of practical things I can do every day.

    The best part is how interactive it is! I love being able to scan and get documents, videos and more information. I feel like I have a “team”, added support and tools versus a book that just tells me what to do.

    They didn’t just combine traditional and integrative healing methods in their clients, they are doing it with the book itself! With tools, ideas, QR codes to accompanying guidebook, handouts, videos and access to their community I get it all!

    Fun, easy, effective and usable… I cannot wait for the printed book! This is a book I will have all my coaching clients read! A must buy if you want to feel empowered and start "transforming" not just FIXING or putting a band aid on your health!!
