Product Manager

We are in search of a 2 years experienced product manager to oversee the team responsible for promoting customer adoption, engagement, and monetization through our SaaS products. At Kimola, our goal is to enable research for everyone, which might show how dedicated we are to offer well-thought SaaS products.

This positions calls for someone who is adept at designing seamless experiences, analyzing customer engagement, and boosting revenue through an exceptional user interface, right down to the minutest of details.

This position is ideal for a product manager who has prior experience in enhancing customer acquisition and retention strategies. We're seeking someone with a passion for developing products based on solid hypotheses and a genuine understanding of our customers' needs. Your sharp product intuition, proficiency in handling data, and ability to blend quantitative and qualitative insights are essential for delivering top-notch user experiences and driving business growth. You excel in collaborating across different teams and are enthusiastic about working alongside other members of the Kimola team.

Location

This role is based in our Ankara office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Kimolanions, you’ll work from this office in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Achieve

  • You will be working in a product-oriented company that is in love with sustainability and respects optimizing work flows. None of your tasks will be urgent, but they will be essential to complete.
  • Create and execute an engaging plan to enhance user involvement, loyalty, and business outcomes through our products.
  • Work closely with the Kimola team to grasp how to motivate and assist users in activating and utilizing our products, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and optimized sales and support processes.
  • Utilize a data-oriented approach to establish clear objectives and milestones, maximizing transparency and efficiency.
  • Forge strong connections with the Kimola team to directly engage with customers, comprehending their needs, challenges, and viewpoints.
  • Create well-thought experience patterns that fits Kimola’s product design heritage.
  • Create discussions to enhance product culture inside team
  • Engage and create product update flows for current customers, investors and partners

 

About You 

  • You have 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for designing web-based user acquisition funnels, onboarding process and reporting user behaviors.
  • Your background includes prior engagement in a SaaS company, lending you a comprehensive understanding of the SaaS landscape.
  • Your approach is strategic, as you strive to inspire your company through the generation of innovative and impactful ideas that address various customer challenges.
  • Your proactive nature ensures efficient execution, as you adeptly craft and promote a comprehensive roadmap.
  • Your unwavering focus on the customer allows you to uncover latent customer needs, leveraging extensive research to gain profound insights and define problems with precision.
  • Your enthusiasm for experimentation is apparent through your eagerness to explore new tools, conduct research, and continuously expand your knowledge base.
  • You boast a tech-savvy demeanor, seamlessly incorporating technology into your daily workflow.
  • Your proficiency in communication and collaboration is evident in your collaborative efforts with teammates, culminating in the delivery of superior results.
  • Your penchant for clear and concise communication is reflected in your adeptness at crafting impactful written documents.
