  • Very high and exorbitant fares compared to other apps. This is nothing but fleecing customers. In one case, the driver increased the charge by 30 Rs. after the ride ended. They charged me ₹ 135 for a 4 km ride.

  • Stopped using the app because of tip feature. It has become method of blackmailing. Also nobody accepts short ride. Need to keep on waiting and keep increasing tip. What a pain. It's much easier to walk.
