  • 1. Major problems with the room keys. Had to go down to reception over 6 times ot get our keys fixed.2. Check in and gettign into the room took 1.5 hours due to room keys not working. Staff has no clue to fix the problems. Senior managers were no where to be found. They should be at the reception assuring clients.3. Room telephone not working4. Room TV stopped working after 3 days.5. Internet was terrible. Going off line regularly .6. My bill was wrong. I was paying for three days and company was paying for 4 days. Instructions not followed. I need to fix these problems now.Paying attention to detail is very poor at this hotel.

  • Prime location on the Potomac river, close to the Kennedy center and George town. Very nice design of the interior. Our room was very nice with a walk out balcony. King bird restaurant was an excellent choice for breakfast. The next whiskey bar was a cool place to grab a drink. We came on a weekend when the staff had their hands full from a security upgrade....but the staff always had a smile on their face!!The rooftop bar is set to open soon ...but you can still go up and enjoy the views.The salt water indoor pool and hot tub is very nice after walking to the monuments.This was a great choice blending history and luxury to make a great stay in Washington DC.Nearby activities: Next door to the Kennedy center.Food & drinks: King bird staff and food are excellent.Noteworthy details: Indoor salt pool

  • Great concierge, had an interview and had never actually been in. All I know is Richard Nixon, haven't updated my file on this hotel since. Felt at home. Would definitely recommend.
