    Hotel is on a beautiful position that looks all the bay. The hotel'staff were very kindly and nice. We used breakfast included: it was served so it was a little slow (about 30 minutes). The room was beautiful, but the wall was very thin so you listen the voice of the person in the near room. I taste the restaurant a la carte for a dinner and it was very good.

    The worst experience. Locked out of room on 2 days. No hot water intire stay . Internal phone did not work. Staff not interested. Mineral water not topped up . Rude night porter. When I asked for manager told he contact me . Asked for refund and he just tried to charge me more money

  • Gorgeous location & experience of dining here!

    Birthday meal with my husband in the restaurant on Sun 28th May at 7pm. Gorgeous location sitting by the window looking out gorgeous view of the sea & sand. The decor was beautiful. Our waitress Lianette was amazing! Friendly, helpful & we chatted to her etc. She is a great person. We visit Benidorm often from Scotland & stay at the Poniente beach end at Sunset Drive. Due to our lovely experience we will recommend to family & friends too. Thanks Lianette x

  • Exceptional experience

    Best breakfast ever! Lovely staff and beautiful surroundings. Fantastic views and location in heart of the old town. Will be back next time I am in Benidorm. Better be hungry though if you go there for breakfast.

  • What a wonderful stay!

    We recently had a two night stay here to celebrate a special occasion. Grat location, room was clean and very quiet We are so glad that we did as the hotel more than met our expectations. We will go again!

  • Disappointed for the price we paid.

    Hotel is lovely very boutique. Room was amazing views. Good choice at breakfast but a let down on cooked breakfast, asked for soft scrambled eggs complete opposite was received, could have used it as a frisby. Very slow service. There was a strange smell in hotel, it was like bad drains. Excellent room attendants always polite and friendly For the price we paid it should have been a lot better service.
