  • Appalling customer service

    Purchased online and I was told delivery would be in two weeks. It has now been 7 weeks with no communication. I have sent several emails with no information recieved. I do not recommend buying from Feedome Furniture NZ.

    Ordered outdoor furniture. When it came there was a notice saying not designed for outdoors! Made from non-durable wood, laminated from lots of small pieces.

  • Horrible company to deal with

    Horrible company to deal with, will never be back to them and wish I'd never been. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs. They are completely inflexible and should be looked at by the ACCC for their horrible policies.
