Forced my elderly parent to unboard the vehicle at a random location, bad behaviour from driver and bad experience of refering your app... Overall dismissal...

  • Booked a cab and had pathetic experience. At the time of booking it showed Rs. 288 as fare. After completing the trip it got increased to Rs. 582. Even, the travel partner was surprised to see the price hike. So, he called the app support manager who picked up the call after multiple attempts and said that the distance got increased which led to the price hike. I and the travel partner could not agree on what he said. So, he disconnected the call. This app also has an issue in locating places.

  • Facing daily issues with respect to location and scheduled rides. While brand is present on the road, hardly get cabs in Central Kolkata at any point of the day. Waiting time is long and accepted scheduled rides are cancelled.

  • No one accepts the ride request even after being present nearby the location. One of the most pathetic app where driver are not ready to accept the rides as they gets salary on monthly basis. There must be some sort of punishment for the drivers as well who doesn't accept the rides.
