A great night NYC contains SoHo!
I have been a member of Soho House nearly six years, and over that time I have stayed in many of their properties. This was without doubt the worst experience of all. The wooden floor in the room has deteriorated and I picked up large splinters in my foot twice (as well as ruined two pairs of expensive socks). The air-con unit fan bearing had gone and made a terrible noise constantly - so bad that we couldnât use the air conditioning. It was too noisy to sleep. The lighting in the room is dim and lacks task lighting at the desk and over the bathroom mirror. Next trip to NYC we will be back at the NED - more expensive but worth the extra.
My favorite Soho House to get a late night drink with friends. The rooftop vibe at this location is a standout among the houses and always has great music/good vibes.
LOVE the Soho House but the wait staff in the restaurant is the worst service. They're not particularly present.
Embarrassing! A friend of ours way staying at the Soho House hotel and we tried 5 times to simply call in and order them a bottle of Champaign. Something weâve done easily at other hotels in the past and we just kept getting passed around, hung up on etc. Train your staff. Get it together. Terrible experience.
