    Be careful! I can only warn you to order here. I received the watches I ordered, but the customer service is non-existent. I contacted them several times and did not receive any reply. They advertise "Free Returns" but there is absolutely no way to return something, without customer service replying to contact attempts. If there is anything wrong with your order, good luck!

Although there was a slight delay in shipping, the customer service team promptly communicated the situation, and a few days' delay was acceptable to me.I'm pleased to inform you that I have received the watch and successfully registered it on the Tissot website. The pricing offered was fantastic, and I feel I've found real deals through this purchase. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

    Do not order! Scammers! Placed an order for a watch November 27th. They said 7-10 days. It is December 30th. Where is the watch?

  • Horrible company

    Horrible company. I purchased a watch in Black Friday. They sent a shipping notice the next day but after a few days the tracking was untrackable. After contacting them I was told they have a 7-10 wait period. After waiting the waiting period I was told that unfortunately my watch was “damaged” and they didn’t know when a replacement would be available. Ultimately got a refund after several tense emails but avoid at all costs…

    They do not disclose "handling times" and they carry no stock. If you order something they need to procure it, then they send it to you at some point. I realized this a couple days in and requested them to cancel the order, but they ignore any attempt to cancel. In other words, they won't cancel, even though they didn't get the product or ship it. That also means you will strike out if you want to return something, as there is no way they will acknowledge you. I finally had to open a dispute with Citi and am awaiting resolution.

    TheLuxuryDirect website is fakeI tried buying a casio watch from them and got a used and old watch. I emailed them the very next day and got the response from them saying that the watch that i have is not what they sent me. There is no point in getting into a fight. YOU will not get your money back. They are theives trying to rob you. NEVER buy from them. Chat is basically useless. try for yourself before you buy.. You message and will get a response from them in email after couple of days. There is no contact number to call them. Do not buy from them EVER.
