Horrible company. I purchased a watch in Black Friday. They sent a shipping notice the next day but after a few days the tracking was untrackable. After contacting them I was told they have a 7-10 wait period. After waiting the waiting period I was told that unfortunately my watch was âdamagedâ and they didnât know when a replacement would be available. Ultimately got a refund after several tense emails but avoid at all costsâŚ
They do not disclose "handling times" and they carry no stock. If you order something they need to procure it, then they send it to you at some point. I realized this a couple days in and requested them to cancel the order, but they ignore any attempt to cancel. In other words, they won't cancel, even though they didn't get the product or ship it. That also means you will strike out if you want to return something, as there is no way they will acknowledge you. I finally had to open a dispute with Citi and am awaiting resolution.

I emailed them the very next day and got the response from them saying that the watch that i have is not what they sent me. There is no point in getting into a fight. YOU will not get your money back. They are theives trying to rob you. NEVER buy from them. Chat is basically useless. try for yourself before you buy.. You message and will get a response from them in email after couple of days. There is no contact number to call them. Do not buy from them EVER.
