    Affirm system is unreliable and high APR. I have been with Affirm for 6 years, have had multiple loans and always paid off before terms and within couple weeks, Affirm could reduce my loan amount from 6k, 7k down to $300. This company is such a joke, might as well stick with traditional credit cards

  • Trash, absolute garbage company that does not abide by their own rules

    I have consistently kept up with my payments, staying months ahead so that there could be no issue with late payments. Tell me why suddenly I have a zero dollar spending limit with them. This is how they treat customers who are BEYOND compliant? You just get to change up things without notice? Yeah that's trash and I'm going back to Klarna. *edited to add this was not for a singular purchase. I logged into the app to being told I wasn’t prequalified for pay over time despite it being over $2000 the day before.

    worst company in history do not ever trust them with any of your cards or money they have taken 2 different things from me and foot locker has no idea about it all the reps there dont know hoW to do there job i had to make foot locker email them over 6 weeks now i still dont have my money back im going to contact a lawyer i dont recommend to anyone only trust AFTER PAY!!

  • Fraudulent charges, false credit reporting

    I took out a loan with Affirm for a phone, all was good at first until someone from Affirm made fraudulent charges to my bank account. My bank contacted me about a fraudulent charges made by Affirm. Only one was successful, but they my bank gave me a new card and told me to contact Affirm and for them to contact them for more information. My bank also told me if another such fraud happens, I will not be able to have my money refunded. I contacted Affirm, but they did not contact my bank and they acted like there was no issue. I reported them to the BBB and CFPB, and they still did not address safety concern. Instead, they keep reporting my account as delinquent. I have always been willing to pay, I just want a safe way to finish payment. Instead they are damaging my credit.

  • i have verified my id again and again…

    i have verified my id again and again (it has been over 2 years) and they will not give me access to my own money. do not do business with this scam of a company. last time they finally said yes you successfully verified your id and then 8 weeks later still no access and then a request to re-verify my id. the only reason I rate it a 1 is because there are no negative numbers.
