Worst customer service ever at Birmingham, Alabama, very small airport. Agents are snippy and won’t make any effort to accommodate you if you are 1 minute late to check a bag. They simply don’t care.
AA changed our flight schedule resulting in a 3 hour connection in DFW and never notified us!!! Had to discover the change on my own by checking my Advantage account!
